After spending nearly $4,000 for an unresolved issue, I feel obligated to share my experience.
I brought my vehicle to Goodyear in October of 2025 because the A/C stopped working. When asked what I wanted done, I sarcastically replied, "make it blow again," since I had already explained the AC wasn't working, and assumed it was obvious I wanted the A/C repaired. Instead, they replaced the blower motor, making the vents blow air, but only hot air. I was charged $1,906.71, then told I could have "saved a lot of money" if I had specified I wanted it to blow cold air. They quoted another $1,919.60 to replace additional parts.
I declined at the time and lived with it until this summer. In June of 2026, for my wife's birthday, I brought it back and approved the second repair. What was supposed to take "a few hours" turned into multiple days, causing my wife to miss her birthday dinner and our family's weekend plans as this was our only vehicle.
After paying the additional $1,919.60, the A/C still doesn't work.
Nearly $4,000 spent. Two repair attempts. The original problem remains unresolved.
The customer service was equally disappointing. Communication was poor, deadlines weren't met, and no one accepted responsibility for the failed repairs. Alex and Danny's interactions infront of guets was unprofessional on countless occasions, and the overall atmosphere between employees seemed tense. The waiting area was also dirty, with mold appearing to be in the A/C vents, bugs on the floors, and a restroom that were leaking toilet water out of the bottom.
I understand that diagnosing automotive problems isn't always straightforward, and that time and labor go into troubleshooting issues, even when a repair isn't successful. What I can't accept is charging nearly $4,000 without resolving the original problem. After multiple repair attempts, days without my vehicle, and missed family events, I drove away with the exact same issue I came in with, just thousands of dollars poorer. I cannot recommend this location.
