  Aiden C. is hands down the best employee! He is very friendly, polite, and attentive. This is definitely my favorite place to get my truck’s oil changed. The customer service is excellent, and the quality of the work is outstanding. I highly recommend this place to everyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I will never take my car anywhere else for oil changes and tires/alignment. Sean and his team got me in and out quick and easy, and charged me a very fair price for the work. The last time I had tires done it was twice as expensive for cheap tires that went bald in a matter of months, this place is friendly, accommodating, and very affordable. 10/10 recommend.

  *UPDATE* We took the car to a real mechanic and these guys at express oil (their literal name) didn’t do the oil change correctly and forgot to put the o-ring on the oil filter. $404 to fix their mistake and no communication from the company. Shame. Saturday 9/19/26 my wife and I brought our 2020 VW Atlas for an oil change. They performed the oil change and we went to leave. As soon as we got onto 98 our skid plate started dragging on the ground because they didn’t put it on correctly. We immediately took it back and they tightened it down. We went from breakfast after and when we came out of the restaurant we saw we were leaking oil. We kept the car driveway parked the rest of the weekend and my wife took it back in on the following Monday 9/21/26. We told them about the leak. After about 10 min they said “there’s no leaks and it must be because we spray down every car we service and what you saw was water”. Fast forward to today and our oil light comes on. I checked the dipstick and there is no oil in the car and there is a definite leak. These guys either do not know what they are doing or do not want to admit they broke our car. Horrible service 0/10.

  I genuinely cannot begin to express my gratitude and respect for the men employed at this establishment. I want to thank the gentleman who have built what I can only describe as one hell of a community and culture. So much so that I no longer feel comfortable leaning on mechanics in my own state of Tennessee and would consider making a trip down for any future mechanical needs. The impact that their kindness and understanding has left me with quite the impact. After having my alternator give out in the middle of a busy intersection, putting myself and my loved ones in a precarious situation, I was fortunate enough to be directed to this location for repairs and I could not be happier with the results. Shawn and Geoff are truly outstanding individuals with big hearts who care about the work they and the people they support. I cannot thank them enough for their quick leap into action and their compassion. I would not recommend another establishment as high as I would rate these guys and the work they are performing, even among business outside of mechanics. I have never been met with this degree of customer service and I only hope the next person who breaks down nearby sees this and knows where to go.
