  Booked an appt same day which was nice and got in and out quick for an oil change and a few odds and ends. MYLA was my technician and she was amazing. I’d give 10 stars if I could. She went above and beyond to help me out and may be even have saved me a bogus po po pullover for a busted rear plate light. Who even knew!? Much appreciated MYLA. Thank you!

  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change! The service was fast, professional, and the whole team made everything easy from start to finish. Cody and Tony were especially helpful — they were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s hard to find great customer service like this nowadays. I definitely recommend asking for Cody and Tony when you stop by. I’ll be coming back!

  After we woke up to a screw in our tire, Cody and Tony got me in and out with a freshly patched tire so my family and I could hit the highway. A nearby competitor quoted me a higher price and would have taken twice as long for the service. The whole team was professional and polite.

  So the Kia Dealer “couldn’t find the leak in my tire” after I had driven it there, had it serviced, drove off the lot- light came on that the tire was low- drove back onto the lot and shocker - they were no help, but THIS place literally looked at it and INSTANTLY said it had a split in it. Ordered me a new tire and was on the next day. Great guys, trustworthy and will definitely go there before going back to the dealer again!!!

  Customer service was good. I had to get my oil changed here while on vacation, while I have no complaints on the oil change itself… someone broke the nipple off on my coolant tank on the engine line side. assuming it happened when they were topping off fluids and the engine oil fill tube is right next to the tank. Not sure if they didn’t realize or just didn’t tell me. Luckily it was caught and had the tank changed out before I had any catastrophic failure.
