  I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Destin, FL on March 8th for a 3-day rental with pickup and drop-off at the SAME location. Everything seemed fine until April 30th — over a month and a half later — when my card on file was suddenly charged an additional $321 with absolutely no email, receipt, or notification explaining the charge. After calling to figure out what happened, I was told they had charged me a “one-way drop fee,” claiming I returned the vehicle to a different location. That is completely false. I returned the car exactly where I picked it up. What concerns me most is that they immediately agreed to refund the charge without any argument or investigation. If I hadn’t been watching my bank account closely, I may have never noticed the extra charge. Very disappointing experience and definitely makes me question their billing practices. I would strongly recommend checking your statements carefully after renting from this company.

  They were very accommodating as I made some changes, last minute. It made life easy on the return and I greatly appreciate that. I use Enterprise exclusively for all business and personal. Thank you.

  Tyler saved the day for us. He went above and beyond to secure a car for us after the hertz in the same shopping center left us stranded without a car. He was personable and all around a good guy. He deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you so much Tyler!

  After searching everywhere in Panama City and not being able to find a car(some big military event wiped the out), Ashley was able to find just what I needed and get me going. Boyd was friendly and professional throughout the process. God bless you guys!

  Wanted to shout out to the V.P.S Fort Walton airport crew. There was an issue with a rental we had from another location and needed help with a replacement vehicle. I had never been to that location before so didnt have any idea where to start. I ran onto a manager who dropped everything he was doing to help me. Within a few minutes I had a replacement vehicle and could continue with our travels. Thank you to the entire Fort Walton beach airport crew for the professional unwavering service 🙌 🙏 special shout out to Nick thank you sir! If this finds you the vehicle is great and we made it to our destination with no more issues.
