  Overall, the staff at the location were friendly and professional. My concern is a discrepancy related to the billing and return date that has not yet been resolved through Customer Service. I hope Enterprise can review the matter and help me find a resolution.

  Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise in Destin, FL. I was the victim of a car accident and had to rent a vehicle through Enterprise while my primary car was being repaired. The rental was supposed to be billed through the insurance, yet Enterprise charged my personal card approximately $1,600 instead and never gave me the bill to give to Allstate insurance. We called five times trying to get the bill so the charge could be corrected and repeatedly requested a final statement. Each time, we were told it would be sent. It never was. No one emailed us the statement, and no one took ownership of resolving the issue. After exhausting every attempt to resolve this directly with Enterprise, I finally had to file a chargeback. Now, instead of addressing the situation, Enterprise has responded by threatening to send the balance to collections. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. My experience with Ashley was particularly troubling. Her attitude, tone, and lack of empathy were completely inappropriate, especially toward someone who was already dealing with the aftermath of a car accident. There was zero compassion, zero empathy, and zero accountability. I have never experienced customer service this poor from Enterprise. Mistakes happen, but refusing to communicate, failing to provide requested documentation, charging a customer for something that should have been handled through insurance, and then threatening collections after repeated attempts to resolve it is not acceptable. I would strongly recommend choosing another Enterprise location, or another rental company altogether. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Enterprise.

  This location was my saving grace during a morning of panic. I had two ghost reservations at two different PCB locations. Ghost meaning I had confirmed reservations but when I showed up… they had no available cars on site to rent out…. Extremely frustrating. I had to plead with customer service to verify this location actually had vehicles before coughing up $ to uber here from Panama City Beach. Despite that, quick and efficient service here. Got me in a car within 10 mins of showing up and it was in great condition. Skeptical to rely on Enterprise again but this location delivered the expected standard.
