  Just had my car tested for starter, alternator, and battery. Derrick was so kind and helpful. He took time to explain what could be going on and said to come back if I have further issues. I appreciate the help today from Derrick and this AutoZone.

  Good people. I just called them to replace my headlights. I was heading towards Georgia from Destin. At evening one of my car's headlight was not working. I went there and one of the staff came outside to check it. During check he realized it's only connection problem, light start working. He didn't charge anything and happy to help me. It helps me lot to return home safely. Thank you.

  Fantastic help and service from Aurora. She read the service code causing a check engine light, supplied a list of possible causes, and even showed us where on the engine that the faulty part was located. She was very knowledgable, and could not have been more helpful. All for a couple of tourists, and no charge for her help. Thanks Aurora.
