  Great customer service, great oil change prices and they have a shop dog! So behaved and so sweet you can’t get enough! Johanna and Dwight are so friendly and answered my questions without hesitation!

  They have COOKIES!!! Lol... two separate times in the past 8 weeks I had to bring a vehicle in for repair. Each time I was relieved by the modest cost and great service!! A comfortable waiting area with cookies, friendly staff and both vehicles repaired in a timely manner. Im very pleased with everything so far and will return when the need arises. You are in good hands with these folks 😎👍

  They say getting a good mechanic is hard, but getting a good mechanic’s shop is definitely much harder and these guys just proved it, I have no issue with mechanics, I’m an aircraft mechanic myself however the level of detail required for my job is not seen at this shop, I wouldn’t trust them to fix a bicycle chain on my rc bicycle. To begin this I’d like to thank the front desk lady for being so professional and helpful however the guy next to her who I wasn’t talking to at all and rudely told me I was wrong about my vehicle and didn’t know anything I’d like to say no thank you. So I had a vehicle that had gotten all suspension replaced and needed an alignment, the steering gearbox was new and typically the ford manual requires adjustment after installing, the rude guy at the front said he’s never heard of that and i basically told him it is in the manual, sure enough I knew they would not do it right, there’s a million videos on YouTube about how to do it. I got the vehicle back and wow, the steering is so tough when turning and it doesn’t center itself, it did before it was just much looser, now it’s dangerously tight and at risk for staying stuck when you turn so I gotta be careful not to turn it all the way. To add insult to injury the alignment job done was so bad, the steering wheel is not center, I’ve eyeballed an alignment and had the steering wheel perfectly center, they couldn’t with their machines?? Sounds like utter laziness. Okay that’s that now on to the next malpractice, my vehicle was vibrating at high speeds and I knew it was the wheel bearing, so I told them hey go ahead and fix it, I can tell they did not even touch it and if they did it was the worst job ever, the wheel now vibrates at much lower speeds than beforehand, I would say to go to Firestone maybe they’re better but they’re cheaper with their labor and you’d probably be able to talk to corporate because these guys are expensive and slacking. Do NOT bring your vehicle to them, I don’t even know how they have 4.7 stars
