  The representative was polite, but the valuation process clearly prioritizes the company’s benefit. My vehicle was marked as “odometer unknown” even though other methods could have been used to verify mileage and their own people checked previously the mileage, which significantly lowered the offer. The interaction was friendly, but the pricing strategy is designed to minimize payouts. I accepted the offer out of necessity, not because it was fair. Overall, the experience was not positive for me.

I initially scheduled an evening appointment for a Friday, but unfortunately, due to overbooking, my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for Tuesday afternoon. However, the very next day, Jared reached out to let me know there was an opening due to a cancellation—and I’m so glad he did!
