  Thank you, Tire choice for excellent customer service and respect. It was my first visit and I had a great experience starting from start to finish Camryn and David gave me excellent service . As a woman getting car service , it makes me cringe everytime i have to get matience , not here . I felt very comfortable here and will be back . And sending others too. Thank you 🙏

  Never again will I return after only just one visit. I had a blown tire, but decided to change all four because I wanted to change the size of my tires. I told them I wanted to keep the other three tires which were in good condition because I had a shop I could sell them to. When I picked up my car I noticed that my rims and the new tires were filthy and something white dripped all over them. I wiped it with my hand and it almost came off so I figured I won't say anything and just get them washed. When I got on the road my tire pressure light was still on, but I figured maybe the sensors hadn't registered the new tires and pressures yet. Once updated, my front driver side tire was almost flat! I had to pull over immediately and put air in it. A few days passed and I went to sell the tires. To my shock and embarrassment, not only were my tires not in my trunk, but my donut had just been thrown on top of the other items in it. Every shop I've ever been to has put the donut away in its compartment. I returned to the store to ask them what could be done and the smug attendant couldn't even offer an apology let alone a credit. I just moved to the neighborhood and this shop is across the street from me. I figured it would be so convenient that my wife and I would have a shop within walking distance to service our cars, but it will be worth the drive to not return for such poor work and awful customer service.

  Delray Beach Tire choice I find to be a horrible place to take your vehicle. Took my car to have my tires rotated once I left, one of my sensors was not working call them immediately and told them that one of my sensors on my vehicle was not working mind you I just had my tires rotated and a front and alignment. Once I went back because of the sensor they looked at my vehicle and told me that one of my tire was worn and that one of my tires had rat wear and tear rat due to he and sun so I break my car back so they can assess this sensor and they give me all that information about the car having one of the tires being worn and whether or not to the other tire meaning that they could’ve told me this the first time when they rotated my tires, I would never do business with them again I bought the tires through tire choice in Coconut Creek, but this place in Delray forget about it. I went out immediately and bought four new tires went to tire kingdom on military Trail. I must say it was the best service ever. The place tire choice in Delray is so disgustingly dirty the entrance the windows I could just imagine what their bathroom must be like. I also would like to mention how disgustingly dirty they left my car with black grease all over the steering wheel the shift the door knobs. It was a horrendous service never will step a foot back into that place.
