We had a fair and just negotiation process and his post-sale efforts were, and continue to be, excellent. My only constructive criticism would be that the financial closing part of the deal was very slow and a bit frustrating.

Roadside assistance caused tire damage and yet to have any review of the issue only interest is to overcharge and boot you out the door. I get the hint thanks. Owners of Gunther should take an interest in the real customer experience, not the marketing crap they feed you about how great their service dept handles things.

- ECEphie CarniApr 27, 20262.0I bought a used 2023 Volvo S60 with under 15,000 miles. Months later, I realized the rear tires were from 2022 and totally worn down. The front tires are fine and are from 2023. How are there worn down 2022 tires on a 2023 car with low mileage? The car is perfectly aligned, so clearly the dealership placed old, used tires on the rear and here I am only months later having to spend nearly $500 to replace them. The car itself is great but the dealership is not to be trusted. Zarko, the sales agent was fantastic though.
