  I felt like I absolutely got scammed by Dominick. I went in for an oil change and he sold me the 40k check up package and I ended up paying more than $700 and that’s with a service coupon because he charged me by labor hours. I’m absolutely horrified and should’ve complained to the manager. This year I got my 50k service with Daily and price was $200+, which is more reasonable. Highly recommended Daily. Do not go with Dominick!

  I’ve been getting my Volvo serviced here since I purchased it. Their service team is excellent, especially Kaitlyn. She is honest and does not pressure you to have unnecessary maintenance performed. I always know I am in great hands with her.

  I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Volvo XC60 from Gunther Volvo of Delray Beach, expecting both quality and a higher level of customer support consistent with the Volvo brand and CPO certification. Unfortunately, only a few months after purchase, I experienced an issue where the windshield wiper arm came loose and began rubbing against the hood, causing visible damage. This type of condition is well-documented (Recall issued for certain year vehicles and documented as affecting other year vehicles as well) with XC60 model and tied to improper torque on the wiper arm assembly, making it especially frustrating to encounter on a recently purchased certified vehicle. To Volvo’s credit, they ultimately authorized my hood to be repaired to address the damage. However, what was most disappointing was the lack of support from Gunther Volvo Delray Beach’s Service Department during the process. Despite the fact that: - This vehicle was purchased directly from their dealership, - This vehicle is still under warranty, - It was sold as Certified Pre-Owned, and - The issue developed within a short period of ownership, The dealership refuses to provide a loaner vehicle if I bring it in for the authorized hood repair. At a minimum, I expected the dealership to step up and support the customer experience, particularly given the circumstances and the nature of the issue. Providing a loaner is a basic service gesture for many dealerships, especially when addressing defects or known concerns. This experience raises serious thought about how Gunther Volvo (DelRay Beach) stands behind their vehicles and their certification program. When issues arise—even those with known history—the burden appears to fall entirely on the customer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Gunther Volvo’s Service Department, and I will not be returning as a customer to this dealership or Volvo in the future. @Michael, we've been trying to take care of this since March. I appreciate your efforts. It's unfortunate that your Service Manager was not willing to approve this simple and reasonable request. UPDATE (6/23/2026): It almost sounds like they care when you read their responses. I said wow, finally, the Service Director, Vasil Blagoev, is actually paying attention to these reviews.....so I actually took the time to write him an email and sent him all of the information on 6/2/2026. Well, it's been three weeks and not a peep. They still take the time to asure I get marketing emails and mail asking me to go spend more money at Gunther, new car.....discouts...........no thank you!
