  Get your vehicle here! I drove 2.5 hours to turn in and renew my lease and I’d have driven FIVE! My previous Volvo dealership closer to my house was absolutely awful, whom I had done my previous 2 leases with. My sales guy Curtis and the financial team at Gunther were the best to work with. They were knowledgeable, helpful and so nice/kind. They found the exact car I wanted at the price I needed and there was NO STRESS involved. I actually got to enjoy getting a new car. Do not go anyplace else this dealership sets the standard of incredible customer experience beginning to end!

  I just traded in my Volvo XC 60 for a different model and as usual Steve Koppenhaver at Gunther Volvo provided us a superb, friendly and professional encounter . He informs and offers options, listens, and does not push. This is my third Volvo that he's helped us with and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience and with this beautiful vehicle.   Had to bring my car in for service due to a claim. They were fast fixing the issues, however I had to bring my car the next day as more lights came on. I’m relieved that Mike in service is very responsive and understanding. Meanwhile waiting for my car I had the pleasure of speaking with the receptionist, Madelyn. She made me feel welcomed and even made me a chocolate coffee. She made the time pass by quickly. Every dealership should have a Madelyn!

  I had a really great experience with Gunther Volvo of Delray, and I especially want to recognize Matt and Ricardo for all of their help throughout the process. Matt was incredibly dedicated to working out a deal that made sense for me. He was patient, listened to what I needed, and genuinely worked to get the best possible outcome for me rather than just trying to make a sale. He stayed involved and kept working on different options until we were able to get everything worked out. I also want to give a huge thank you to Ricardo in Finance. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us, answered all of our questions, and worked with the banks to find a way to make the deal work for us. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to explore different options to make this happen. One thing that really stood out to me was that they respected our time. We weren't kept sitting in the dealership for hours, but that definitely did not mean our deal was out of sight or out of mind. Matt and Ricardo diligently worked on everything for three days to make this happen, even when we weren't physically there. I truly appreciate the effort both of them put into this deal. They helped me get my dream car, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. I left feeling like a valued customer, and that says a lot about the experience I had. Thank you, Matt and Ricardo, for going the extra mile and making this experience such a positive one!
