  Delray Enterprise. Worst service ever! Both picking up and dropping off the car was a time consuming nightmare I couldn't even get my receipt

  Audi Q7 was not cleaned properly and reaked of cigarette smoke. Tried returning it immediately but your agents said that you had no cars to exchange it with.

  Great experience when renting from here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Klaus for all that he does for his customers. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again!

  I'm really not the type of guy to complain. I've worked in customer service for a decade. In my 34 years on this Earth, I have never met a more incompetent, rude, unprofessional staff. "Lead" by manager Randal. A few months ago I had an appointment for a rental, at 12pm. I waited over an hour and a half after being promised a car that they no longer had and my insurance paid for. I was patient, asked for an upgrade that was that. Yesterday I mad an appointment for a rental cov was cancelled e by USAA. I get a call from Randal, and he assures me the truck that I requested will be ready. I get there on time today and the truck isn't there it's out for an "oil change". I expressed my displeasure calmly and made my gripes known and settled for a new vehicle until the trucks ready. The car they gave me REEKED of cigarette smoke. I go in and ask for a copy of proof to document everything. Randal makes this a hassle by I finally get it in writing. On the way out I said "you know I never do this, but I'm calling corporate, you guys suck" Randal replies YOU SUCK as I walk out, so I let him know "I'm coming for your job Randal. You're a threat to the Delray community!" Randal comes out and says give me the keys "this ain't working out" so I threw the keys at him, now I'm walking home miles in. The Florida heat. I'm reaching out to anyone who values their Time and piece of mind to avoid this branch. Every time I've gone there it's a lobby full of unhappy clients. I'm appalled at how this business treats its clientele. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO HERTZ or another branch! Randal is CORROSIVE to the DELRAY COMMUNITY!
