Corporate should pull the footage and see the way he spoke to women and customers. Blatantly DISCRIMINATED against myself and family when trying to rent a car and refused service despite having a valid reservation. Unacceptable for any company or employee to act the way he did. Do not come here!

The branch closes at 6:00 PM, and I called ahead to inform them that I would be arriving a few minutes late due to traffic and weather. I was told it would be fine. However, when I arrived at 6:06 PM, the employee I had spoken to was still present but refused to assist me. Instead of honoring what was communicated over the phone, he immediately said it was past closing time and that he could not give me the car. He was also rude in his tone and dismissed the situation by saying he had been working an 11-hour shift and needed to go home to his family, then walked away while we were still trying to speak with him. I understand policies and closing times, but the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and dismissive attitude were unacceptable—especially after I made the effort to call ahead and was told it would be okay. This experience reflects very poorly on customer service at this location. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t face the same issue.
