  I had Andres and Jean help me out for about a week of consistent day of add-ons. They were very accommodating and the customer service was out of this world. I really appreciated both of them and would recommend them to anybody.

  If you are a woman be careful about getting a ride from or to this location. Better take uber. Some of their drivers employees will say things that will make you feel uncomfortable. And you will be standing at the same location without getting to their store and rent a car that you need. Try calling the young store manager. Total waste of time. The rudeness it’s unbelievable. Stay way from their free rides. I don’t ever use this store to rent a car.

  I needed a car on very short notice while mine went to a nearby body shop. The team at Enterprise on Federal in Delray Beach had a car for me, ready to go in about 10 minutes. Andres and his team did a great job getting me a car at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

  I had a great experience at Enterprise! Jean was amazing, and the other employee who helped me (I wish I could remember his name) was just as great. They were both friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They worked efficiently while still making me feel welcomed and taken care of. Excellent customer service from start to finish I definitely recommend this location!

  Everyone was so helpful. The rental car was new and a pleasure to drive. All my questions and requests were handled with grace and they even drove me back to pick up my car
