  I had tires replaced at the DeLand (N Woodland), and had a stripped lug nut/wheel stud. I brought it back which they repaired with no charge and stood behind their service!! Much appreciation and kudos to this company!! Thank you Keith Anderson it’s your service and professionalism that I will continue to go there and tell others. Much appreciated to Josh the technician who did the repair.

  Scott , and his Mechanical team was very excellent. They tend to my concerns pertaining to my vehicle. I will come back again . And tell friends and family about the 100 percent service they give.

  I have waited to write this review to ensure that the review I am writing is accurate and not just emotional. I took a risk to begin with taking my Armada to this shop because it is not my normal go to shop. I had all 4 tires replaced, front brakes, & a front wheel barring. They did not tell me I needed my rotors replaced. So here I am having brakes done without replacing the rotors having no idea that I in fact should have rotors done. The crazy thing is they did not even offer it! Outside of that, the tires that were put on my truck were way too small for my truck. The guy told me that the tires I ordered online when scheduling the appointment were truck rated and towing which is more than what I needed so I took his suggestion. Come to find out the tires placed on my truck are not recommended for my truck at all and are way too small. They did not balance my tires and I had a ton of shaking I called them to ask if it was done because it doesn’t seem like it and he told me I have to pay for it so no it wasn’t done. This I know has to be done when tires are put on. Why in the world would you have to pay for and ask them to balance new tires any other tire shop gives you balancing and normally rotation later on for free when you buy tires from them. Today almost two years later I am finally undoing and correcting the mess this shop put me and my truck into. Every wrong doing has been confirmed from multiple other reliable sources. I am disappointed in myself for even taking the risk and bringing my truck to a new shop. I know it has been some time since I had my truck serviced and I hope they have corrected the issues. However today at another tire shop they told me I was the second person today to tell him they did not have a good experience with tire kingdom.
