  Had brake inspection on 2500hd chevy truck. After explaing findings; Front brake replacement and fluid exchange. Fast honest service. Work is good,and I would trust businesses to work on vehicle again. Nice mechanics and staff. Across from chick fill a so you can eat and wait. Manager was great.

  Tough to improve on a perfect experience. I am a 76 y.o. newbie to the area with many tire store experiences. While a few have been criminal, NONE have even approached the amazingly positive experience that I had at Mavis 144 Fenway on 8/29/26 purchasing and mounting 4 new tires. Professionalism, courtesy, knowledgeable, customer-centric in every way. My sincere THANK YOU to *Mike S., the top notch techs, and Skip's support. Their 4.9 with over 600 Google reviews brought me there. My experience will bring me back and recommendation to others.

  Went to nearby Honda dealership as i always have for servicing wife’s 23 Passport. Saw them for rotate and balance because of vibration issue in April/26. After picking up vehicle, i still felt vibration. In August/26 i couldn’t take it anymore and made appt with Skip at Mavis. He along with his crew immediately found a separated tire and the three other tires getting low on tread. Skip gave his opinion on the various tires that would fit wife’s vehicle. He initially informed me that the tires would come in the next day .But after we left the business, he had the tires delivered, balanced, installed and alignment completed by afternoon. Since Honda fell short and Skip was so accommodating, Mavis will have my future business. Oh and no more vibration! Thank you Skip and crew!!

  I went to this tire place because of all of the great reviews. I made my appointment, got my quote locked in for four new tires and an alignment. When I got to Mavis they checked me in and tried upselling me on a couple services they offered. It's always expected but it typically puts my guard up. Everything together took about 90 minutes. When I got back from grabbing some food, the guy at the front I wish I'd caught his name, said I wasn't charged for the alignment because I didn't need one. They could have taken my money but they didn't. Between that, the great prices, and the overall great service these guys get a 5/5. Hard to find trustworthy places, this is one of them.
