  Both my vehicles ended up in the shop at the same time. They found me a same day rental for 3 days. Very affordable and the car was new and very clean. Process and the price were totally worth it verse ubering around. Thanks again!

  The easiest staff I have ever dealt with and they answer the phone instead of ignoring you (the actual location). I must say they have been very easy when it comes to to extending and addressing any concerns you may have. Very honest office. Thank you guys so much for making my experience amazing especially going through my car issues and being overwhelmed. They will check rates without complaining too

  Pick up and drop off we're each done in less than 10 minutes. Cameron helped me both times and was friendly and was especially helpful when I asked him to fold down the minivan seats for me.

  Store rented a vehicle for one day actually failed to take the reservation or do you even have notice of the reservation after making me wait for an hour then showed up and waited more than an hour for another vehicle which I just paid out-of-pocket. Called the store about returning the vehicle the next day they said no problem. You can keep it for 30 days actually ironically when I called for the reservations, it was the store that picked up and the manager was having a conversation with a right there in the store not even realizing I was in the store. Next, I’m told that I can keep the vehicle for 30 days then I receive a call from quality control telling me that I’m going to be arrested if I don’t return the vehicle today then the store tells me that I can’t rent from them any longer because I didn’t pay this group needs to get it straight.

  I am new to deland but is a frequent customer at this location. The staff here is so very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The customer service is on point 10/10 will recommend! Cameron and Pj are awesome and have made each visit easy and memorable.
