I came into Express Oil Change as a stranger from TN and I left as a friend to Ms. Tarah, Adam and Richard. They were so polite and friendly. walked me through each step, checked my fluids, topped them off been there for two oil changes now and a tire rotation. Wouldn't go anywhere else.. Randall you have great employees id say give all a raise@;)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service! My 22-year-old daughter was four hours from home when her car broke down over a holiday weekend. As a parent, that is a pretty stressful situation, especially when your daughter is stranded far from home. Thankfully, she ended up at Express Oil, and Ashly and the entire team could not have been more amazing. They actually stayed open late and waited for my daughter to arrive by tow truck so they could take care of her car. While I was driving four hours to come get her, they went above and beyond and even took her to Starbucks so she wouldn’t be sitting there alone waiting on me. That kind of kindness and personal care is something you just don’t see very often anymore. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, were extremely friendly and professional, and worked hard to get her car repaired as quickly as possible. They kept the car there while waiting for the necessary parts and had everything repaired within 48 hours. We were originally quoted approximately $1,600, and when the final bill came, it was only $1,053. They could have easily charged us the full quoted amount, but they didn’t. They did the work that was actually needed and treated us fairly. I cannot say enough good things about Ashly and the entire Express Oil team. They turned what could have been a very stressful and frightening situation into one where we felt completely taken care of. Whether you are broken down in DeFuniak Springs, Florida, or you live there and need automotive service, this is absolutely the place to go. I would recommend them without hesitation!
