- WJWilliam JoynerJul 3, 20265.0Had about given up on RV A/C unit, just couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working properly. Called D-RV, described the problem I was experiencing. The owner engaged immediately, taking a generous amount of time listening, walking me thru, diagnosing the problem right away. Before we hung up, the problem was solved. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, polite and absolutely the most pleasant experience ever. RV repair can be challenging today, I have had some bad experiences. Let me say D-RV is number 1 in my book and highly recommended! Thank-You D-RV!
- DCDebra CulleyJun 17, 20261.0We drove almost 2 hours. They came highly recommended by my son. Not sure what happened after we paid the $150 for diagnostic and found out what part was needed. I was told they had all information on what part was needed to order and would call me. After multiple text with no response and my son also text them again with no response we have given up. 3 weeks have passed waiting for a part or information on part so I could order. I’m really not sure what went wrong. We were not rude or upset but when you take something that far off you’re willing to pay for answers. Which we did that. I just want camper fixed or order the part. We as individuals can’t get part it has to be ordered by an rv repair company. Very nice people just don’t understand why they won’t respond. My last text was I’ll not bother sending anymore text messages if no response.

Besides resealing our roof, they diagnosed a heating issue that we had from another mobile mechanic. We will definitely continue to use D-RV Mobile Repair for any further maintenance.
