Ruben was incredibly helpful, stoped in for a tire that blew on way home from work during rush and he found me one in stock that matched! Had me in and out in under 45 minutes, amazing!! Recently had to relocate from Illinois to Florida (Parents illness/passing). Very unfamiliar with local tire dealers but thought Mavis would be a safe bet. Took my dad's 2021 Camaro SS in to get pricing. On my 2nd visit was informed could not remove wheel locks. Third visit I brought Chevy dealership locks (did not work). Tech informed me he "finally could remove them safely".
Spent almost 5 hours waiting & watching. Very slow day for them (3 walk ins) & empty bays.
Their phone rang non-stop during lunch = less work I guess. They then told me wheel locks were destroyed which I took immediately to the Chevy (Lou Bachrodt) dealership afterwards to repair/fix. Was quite upset when I left as it had become my "absolute worst tire buying experience in my 62 years". Still need to fix the really sloppy I don't care wheel weight placement. Highly recommend watching/inspecting all work they do so hopefully this won't happen to you. Would also skip their pro alignment as car not centered/ pulls = Another item to fix.
