  Great place honest guys. The managers scott and percy are the best.explains everything in detail..Scott is very knowledgeable about explaining things.he takes his time doing so.im very impressed with his business skills in communication.

  When I first walked into Mavis, I was a bit skeptical. It was my first visit, I’m usually accustomed to working with their competitors. The man at the front desks was a gift from heaven, he greeted me with a friendly demeanor. I told him my concerns and he gave me a summary of the entire repair process. Within a few minutes, I was completely comfortable with the process. I could tell he really cared about my vehicle. Ruben informed me about the products and services but I did not feel pressured to spend additional money. My experience was nothing short of remarkable. Based on my experience with Ruben, ,I would definitely recommend Mavis to a friend or family member.

  Absolutely terrible experience. They kept my car for over three hours and still never properly completed the alignment I paid for. When I picked the car up, it was still pulling immediately, which clearly shows nobody even bothered to test drive it or check if the job was actually done correctly. I went back with my father-in-law and spoke directly with a manager who assured us the issue would be fixed. We picked the car up again and somehow it was STILL pulling the exact same way. Once again, no one test drove the vehicle or cared enough to make sure the alignment was actually corrected. This is beyond unacceptable. Lazy employees, poor management, and terrible customer service. They will happily take your money for work that may or may not even be done properly. Save yourself the headache, wasted time, and frustration — I highly recommend never going here. They don’t even deserve one star I would give them a half if I could absolutely terrible service.

  A couple of days ago I received a warning about low tire pressure while driving and pulled into the closest shop which was this Mavis store. When walking into the store I was warmly greeted by Scott who came out to my car to take a look at what tires I would need. His knowledge and customer service skills were evident throughout my interaction, and I was reassured that I would be back on the road in no time. The whole experience was a breeze compared to other shops that I have been to, and I will definitely make sure to stop by this location for any other car repairs that I will need in the future!

  Scotty met me when I visited the store. I told him my tale of.woe. Tires worn after 20,000 miles. His knowledge and his experience enabled me to replace the worn tires with the least amount of pain at the cash register. He resolved the matter for me at a.30% savings to what another dealer offered me. With that savings,.I was able to accomplish additional services for my Mercedes at the same cost that only a new set of tires would have been at another location. It wouldn't have happened without Scott's assistance. Beyond satisfied.
