  Manager Mishka Richards is rude deceitful and should be terminated immediately Arrived a few minutes early for my confirmed reservation Mishka is not capable of dealing with the public Lied to me from the minute i was in the office until finally cancelled my reservation after i had waited over an hour from the last of many requests that she did not actually have a car on the premises When she finally did her attitude was in full bloom She is way over her head in the position of manager. Fresh start at Burger King leaning how to be honest and appreciative of the value for clients time Sorry Ever went to this location If i could give minus stars She definitely deserves to be a minus 5 Will be contacting the Corporate Office about the interaction. Went to another Enterprise location was in and out in less than 30 minutes

  My car was hit and in for repairs Sal helped me and even opened the door seeing I was using a cane. GEICO had arranged for a rental however, Sal noticed I couldn’t comfortably or safely get into the car reserved and immediately upgraded me to a small SUV I have difficulty speaking due to aphasia however, with some use of my communication device and some talking I was quickly on my way. Today I returned the rental Sal remember me and quickly checked in the rental opening the door and minimizing my involvement by the time I got to my new car passenger door the check in was completed. Thank you Sal.

  I personally want to say thank you to Alec and the young lady that worked the front desk last Monday (June 8.2026). I had a rental reservation and a pick up schedule that day. Alec, the Assistant Branch Manager, picked me up at Carstar Gsi, he has been super friendly, made me feel comfortable. You all are super professional, knowledgeable and fast! I recommend 100% Enterprise, at least this location on Hillsboro Blvd. Thank you again.
