  Extremely quick, fast and friendly service. Least favorite thing to do is get stuff done on my car and these guys made it super fast and convenient. Not sure who directly helped me but he was wearing eye protection glasses. Names on my receipt are Darius, Semahjree and Josue. Thank you all so much!! Come get your 50% off oil change while they have the promotion so worth it!

  Traveling out of Florida and our protective plate under our car (no idea what it's actually called) popped off while on the interstate. We were able to stop at this Valvoline location (2081 LPGA location) not knowing if they would be able to help in any way before we continued our travel home (3 states away.) Not only were they able to help, their customer service was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to Kyle for being so kind!

  Daniel thank you for your exceptional approach to customer service. As women we often get taken advantage of when it comes to knowing what to do with servicing our cars (don’t ask me nothing, I put water where engine oil is supposed to go and coolant in the window washer). I appreciate when men are caring, gentle, and supportive towards women. I approved your work ethic.

  I arrived at 8:01am on a Saturday morning, everything was great until they realized they didn’t have the right oil filter. Was told it would be about 5-10 minutes to have one delivered. They needed to call and follow up, turned out the driver had been in an accident. Didn’t leave until 9am, things happen. Highly satisfied, but gave a 4 rating due to the length of time it took.

  Amazing customer service!!!! Thank you so much to the 2 gentleman Kyle (aka Ricky) and another amazing human I can’t remember his name, that helped me with my cabin air filter that had been “changed” over 3 times at take 5 but was never really changed BUT WAS CHARGED ! They got it out and it was a 10 year old factory air filter! Great conversation while waiting on oil change and easy process through and through! Yall are amazing and I will not be going anywhere else.
