  I was heading back to Jacksonville and my tire pressure light came on. I came in and the staff got me in immediately to ensure my tires were good to continue my drive. I highly recommend coming here for your cars need. You’ll be met with professionalism and get your car finished in a timely manner. Thank you again for the help today!

  I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Alex! From the moment I arrived, he was professional, patient, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood what my car needed, and never made me feel pressured. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Alex truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciated his honesty, communication, and attention to detail.

  Shout out to one of the fastest friendliest helpful crew for repair shop I’ve ever worked with. Alex one of the managers was phenomenal. Help me get the right price along with his service sales rep and to the young man who patched my tire for me and explain to me what was wrong, thank you. You have a far career ahead of you just keep applying yourself. They will definitely have my business again.

  We were headed to Orlando for a weekend vacation and on the way had something in the road pop my tire. Googled the location of the nearest tire place and headed straight to Tire Kingdom. Once there, the staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to fix the tire and get me back on the road in 30 minutes. I cannot say enough about the great staff there. They came to our rescue and saved our vacation. Thank you!!

  Given the option I will likely never go to a different tire shop again. Time really got away from me and I meant to write this review weeks ago! But the service I received was so extremely helpful I have had an alarm on my phone going off daily to remind me to do this lol. Came in with a very standard issue of a flat tire. Was really looking for a cost-effective solution and wanted it patched. The guys there took the time to show me in detail why my tire couldnt be patched, and even went through pointing out in detail the signs of wear and tear that made it obvious to them I really needed to change two of my tires. The people helping were extremely upfront about the cost and quality of my options. I made it clear that I was kind of jammed up at the moment, but needed my vehicle for work. They offered me an extremely affordable solution, and even let me know what I could expect as far as some drawbacks. There was never any pressure to go with a more expensive option! Just a well articulated explanation of the pros and cons. The exact type of transparency you see other places hold back from in an attempt to get you to spend as much as you possibly can. I let them know I needed my vehicle for work and even though they were busy they offered to try to fit me in as soon as possible that same day! If you're someone that values your time, and you're just looking to deal with professionals that respect you as a customer this is the place!
