  The friendliest people work here, and the amenities are endless. I especially like the car mat wash machines. My car has never stayed so clean.

  I’ve been coming to Sud Stop for a while now, and every visit has been great. The staff is always friendly, the wash is quick, and my car comes out looking spotless every time. The vacuums are powerful and the whole place is kept clean. Definitely one of the best car washes in the area. Highly recommend!

  I was a member here since this location opened and washed my car almost daily. A company isn’t defined by how it operates when things go well, but by how it handles things when they go wrong. Two weeks ago I heard a loud impact at the start of the wash. Afterward I found a chip and large crack in my windshield. The location manager pulled the tunnel footage and confirmed the windshield showed no damage entering the wash and showed the damage exiting. A claim was opened (#0746-6143). For two weeks I heard nothing, no response to repeated emails, no confirmation the footage was being preserved, no contact of any kind from their claims department. I eventually learned the claim was being denied only because a local employee told me. I have still never received anything in writing. The denial reason: they don’t cover glass. Their own footage shows the damage happened inside their tunnel. The staff at this location were helpful and professional. The company behind them was not reachable and did not deal with this in good faith. Know that going in.
