  I always get great service. The people are knowledgeable. There are never any price surprises. They checked my insurance for me. I’ve used them before and have never been disappointed outcomes. They are my place to go.

  Kept me in formed on all steps along the way. Chase the technician was great. He worked quickly and efficiently on my windshield. I would highly recommend them.

  Complete lack of ability to communicate with anyone is my number one reason for not recommending this company. My technician called at 7:45 am to confirm the appointment. I asked when could I expect him. He said closer to 1 pm. (no problem, just planning my work day) When I attempted to call into customer support and the local number I kept getting routed through the same system that required me to go online to reschedule my appointment. TO WHICH I DID NOT WANT TO. But there were no other options for me to select. When the tech finally did show up at 4 pm. I informed him that I called him and he didn't answer. I attempted multiple times to call the 800 number and the local numbers listed and got no where. When I informed him that I had to pick up my son, his immediate response is that we can reschedule your apt, that I waited 2 weeks for. I told him no, that wasn't going to work. I would be leaving him and his sidekick with my husband while I picked my kid of from daycare. When I returned the techs informed me that the windshield being installed was not OEM, but an aftermarket windshield. They also stated that they windshield comes default with aftermarket glass. My car roof had greasy hand prints on my ceiling liner. Trash was left in my car, after we gave the guys cold water. When I asked for a manager's number or email they tried telling me they don't have numbers to give out. And they get the same automated AI crap customers get. Safelite is known for having high turnover, from what they told me. I also had to have the tech come back out 2 days later to fix my rearview mirror. In his words "I had the wrong tool, it was bent. I did the best I could" So I have this vibrating mirror on my windshield on top of the other things that went wrong with this appointment.

  I would like to congratulate you all on winning the following awards: 1. Most difficult to do business with- I've never spoken to an AI assistant which tells me it is connecting me to a human, only to be transferred to a new AI assistant. 2. Highest number of unnecessary calls and emails- Do I really need 8 reminders of my appointment? You all are clearly a Masterclass in how "Not" to run a business. Keep this up and you all will fade into the sunset like many companies before you.
