  Debris on Dashboard. Obvious film and streaking on inside of windshield. Rear view mirror was a mess. Sunglasses were totally smudged. Why would they have handled my sunglasses? Soiled footprints on both the driver and passenger entry. Roof-line pillars had blemishes. Mounting gaskets were not replaced with precision. I gave 2 stars because the front office my the appointment and check-in seamless. Also, the replacement was done in record time. But frankly, I gladly would have waited for at least a clean windshield. (interior)

  I recently had my SUVs windshield replaced by Safelite mobile service . The Safelite website was very easy to navigate to make the claim, but what made the service great was the technician that did the work, Daeshawn. After navigating the website, he put the needed human touch on the experience. Thanks Daeshawn!

  Do not recommend this Safelite. Had a Saturday morning appointment; which I cancelled my plans for that day, for a windshield replacement on my Mazda CX5. Get to the facility and after 10 minutes of my vehicle being in the shop the technician comes out and says he needs to show me something in the shop. He says the windshield they received for my vehicle was defective and the unit that does the calibration on the windshield was not centered correctly. He said go to the front and we need to reschedule you when we have a new windshield. Go to the front office and was told, "We cannot get windshields for your vehicle." I do not have some exotic car, again a very popular Mazda CX5. So the guy in the back said the windshield they got was defective when in reality it was the COMPLETELY WRONG WINDSHIELD that was ordered if you are now telling me you cannot even get my windshield!! Thank you for wasting my time and my Saturday Safelite. I will go elsewhere from now on.

  We had an easy and seamless experience from beginning to end with Safelite. I had contacted 3 companies for an estimate, the first was way higher. The 2nd full out said they can't compete with Safelite. It was easy to schedule an appointment and pay online. Our technician was friendly, courteous and professional. It was fixed in a reasonable amount of time right in our driveway. 10/10. Highly recommend.

  One of the best parts of this was i did have to drop my car somewhere or wait for a long time in a waiting room. They come to your house. The teach arrived bright and early as scheduled. He was friendly and helpful. The windshield replacement went very quickly and I was very pleased. My rear view mirror was perfectly re-mounted and the overall placement of the windshield itself was great except it does interfere a bt with my windshield wipers. Overall I would definitely recommend this service. if all of their techs were a great as the one who serviced my vehicle they will be very pleased
