After 3 weeks of many excuses, incompetent technicians and installing after market glass on my Lexus ES350 when my insurance company approved OEM. I canceled my appointment and rescheduled with an auto windshield replacement company in Brevard County where my repair was effortless. I understand that there was an insurance fraud lawsuit against Safelite for exactly this practice where Safelite bills insurance companies for OEM glass but install after market. In my case it is nearly impossible to recalibrate safety features on a Lexus with aftermarket glass replacement. No wonder Safelite can sponsor a large college football stadium.

And I expected push back on requiring OEM glass. But nothing could be farther from the truth. They had already ordered the oem glass when I got there. They installed the glass perfectly, and had all the right equipment to calibrate and reset the electronics. I think it actually works better than it did before. I was so impressed that I had to write a review. I am completely satisfied with their service. Thank you safelite for the great service.
- KSKatie ShalimovSep 21, 20261.0Went to replace my window for my Tesla. And when I picked up the car, they broke both of my visors. Passenger side and driver side. The clips are BROKEN OFF. They ripped my side panel by the window. The windshield doesn't fit the car.It is slightly bigger than it should be. Do not recommend them at all. Personally we'll never use them again.
