I'm going to start by saying the salesman Kevin was excellent and that's the only reason for 2 stars and not 1 star. However, I'm highly disappointed in Fields BMW as a company. I spent $25,000+ on a used BMW less than 2 months ago. (1 month after I bought the car it was due for an oil change "by BMW's factory standard's") they refused to cover the service and would only discount it). That's not okay, but it gets worse! I just came in yesterday to get the needed oil change done on a car that I just purchased and had to spend $130.00 The advisor informed me that my car has a broken gas tank holder, and that it'll cost me $1,250 to fix (I barely had the car over a month clearly it was broken prior to the sale). The tech who inspected the car prior to the sale either missed it because he rushed the job, or he seen it and didn't say anything, or maybe he was told to let it slide. I shouldn't have to spend $1,500 on a car that I just bought barely a month ago. To add more insult to injury the advisor suggested that I need a $99 intake filter (again, something else that should've been done prior to the sale)... After leaving the dealership I went directly to AutoZone to buy a filter $36 to replace it myself, I get home and open the intake box under the hood.. to find that the filter looks basically new! Clearly this is something they never checked during pre-delivery inspection, or during my visit yesterday, yet they were going to charge me $100.. This is the 2nd vehicle that I purchased from you guys in less than a 6 month time frame.. It disheartening to know that you sold me a used BMW's that didn't receive the proper routine maintenance along with an expensive pre-existing issues. I would expect this from a smaller dealership but not a BMW store like Fields. I don't think I'll be buying a 3rd from you guys, and that's unfortunate because my wife was considering a BMW SUV.. As for myself I purchased 3 cars just this year alone. This whole experience has left a horrible taste in my mouth and I'm highly disappointed with you folks. An attempt to make a quick $1,500 cost you thousands in the long run.

I purchased my car from Fields BMW in January 2025, and the entire process was quick, easy, and a great experience. I traded in my M235, which I had also serviced at Fields several times, and I’ve consistently had a great experience with their service department. My service advisor, Keith, has always been extremely helpful and does a great job keeping me updated throughout the process. The technicians have also done an excellent job. I’ve never had to bring my vehicle back because of an issue after being serviced, which says a lot about the quality of their work. More recently, I had my car detailed at Fields BMW, and they did a fantastic job. My car looked amazing when I picked it up! I would definitely recommend Fields BMW whether you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, have your car serviced, or get it detailed. I’ve had great experiences with all three and will continue to bring my business here.

I purchased a pre-owned2025 BMW X3 from Fields BMW in Daytona Beach nearly two months ago, and my tag and title work is still not complete. I spoke with both the tag and title department and the general manager about two weeks ago, and I was assured the issue would be taken care of. Unfortunately, nothing has been resolved. Because the dealership hasn't completed the paperwork, I canceled the insurance on my trade-in after selling it to them, since I no longer own the vehicle. As a result of the delay, I received a notice from my tax office and am now being fined. This has created unnecessary stress and forced me to spend my own time trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled by the dealership. What makes this even more disappointing is that this is a BMW dealership. When you purchase a premium vehicle from a premium brand, you expect the same level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service throughout the entire buying process, including handling the paperwork correctly and on time. That simply wasn't my experience. I expected much better communication and follow-through, especially after being told the issue would be resolved. I would not recommend this dealership, and I won't purchase another vehicle from them again.

Very Disappointed With the Service I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this BMW dealership. I have brought my BMW X4 in multiple times regarding an issue with the tire, and despite repeatedly bringing up my concerns, I feel like the dealership has not taken the situation seriously or provided a proper solution. During my most recent visit, I was told that these tires may only last around 10,000–11,000 miles on an SUV like the X4. These are Bridgestone tires, and I was under the impression that they should have a significantly longer expected lifespan. What frustrated me even more was being told that I probably hit a pothole and that this was likely the cause of the tire issue. I did not hit a pothole. I know how I drive my vehicle, and I did not hit one. It was frustrating to feel like the dealership was assuming the damage was caused by my driving rather than properly addressing the concern. I also came in because my vehicle is due for an oil change. I was told there were no loaner vehicles available for approximately a week and a half. When I asked if I was expected to continue driving the vehicle and put another 200–300 miles on it while waiting, I was not given a reasonable solution. I don’t feel comfortable continuing to drive a vehicle when I have already raised concerns about the tire and its safety. The most frustrating part was dealing with David, the General Manager. I explained to him directly that I did not feel comfortable driving home in a vehicle that I believe has an unsafe tire issue and that I expected the dealership to properly address the concern. Instead of feeling like the dealership was focused on resolving the problem, I felt like I was being given explanations and assumptions rather than an actual solution. I understand that not every tire issue is necessarily covered under warranty, but I expect a BMW dealership to properly inspect the vehicle, explain exactly what caused the problem based on evidence—not assumptions—and make a genuine effort to resolve the customer’s concerns. After coming in multiple times and repeatedly addressing this issue, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service, communication, and willingness to help. I expected much better from a BMW dealership.

Super happy with my first oil change with my new car at Fields BMW of Daytona. Driving into the service area your car gets a 360 camera inspection by UVEYE, which gets sent to you in text so it is super easy to click the link and view! Nicole was so sweet and got me all set and I waited just a little over an hour for them to complete my car but while I was waiting the cafe was open and I was able to get a complimentary hot breakfast made to order while I waited with a glass of OJ! The staff was amazing and I loved the perk of the complimentary cafe for Fields BMW Customers! After my visit I also really loved that the servicer rob made a post oil change video of my car going over how my tires, brakes, engine and more all looked! They also provided me a full summary of everything done. Since my appointment they were so kind to do a follow up call and message to make sure my car was running great! I’ve been very happy with my new 2026BMW 430i coupe and the experience I’ve had with Fields BMW of Daytona!
