  New to Florida, I had my first service visit at Fields BMW and was very happy! The waiting area is comfy and well stocked with snacks, etc.& the staff was welcoming & prompt in getting my service started. Everything they advised was explained clearly and the work was completed in 2 hrs as estimated. My car was returned, all clean and running well. I will be a regular at this location.

  I had an appointment with the service department today because my car hesitates when ot starts. The check engine light came on a couple of weeks ago, but my husband scanned it and cleared the code. The service technician Brad sent me a video to let me know that he drove my car and no engine related codes popped up. He then proceeded to say "I don't know how you can say there was a code when there is no code in the system" implying that I was lying. I was told that because it's under warranty and there was no code showing there was nothing they could do with the hesitation that sometimes occurs when starting the car even though it has been happening for several months without a code. I have been a long time customer of Fields service and sales, but I believe that ends today. The comment made by Brad was unnecessary and inappropriate.

  I wanted to thank Michael Tavares and the Fields BMW Daytona Manager Robert Mazzio for making our dream of owning a BMW 428I Convertible a reality. Finding a new BMW is not a difficult task, but finding a Preowned BMW Convertible that my wife and I could enjoy was a bit more challenging. Michael made the purchase experience simple and always responded to our needs. I would recommend calling on Michael Tavares if you're in the market for a new or preowned BMW.
