  Everybody at this location is so friendly. Pick up and drop off was a very quick and painless process. Damien helped me both times, and you can tell that he genuinely cares about the customer experience. He offered to show me how everything worked in the car, and answered any questions that I had.

  I had an excellent experience with the Enterprise team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process stress free. It’s refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service these days, and I truly appreciate how courteous and helpful everyone was. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this location again. Highly recommend!

  Wonderful experience! Everything was flawless from start to finish and when I called the business I got a live person at the actual location! All of the employees were so helpful and professional. Definitely will use next time we need to rent a car. Great job!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ My reservation was supposed to be $209.57, but I was charged 243.56. Adam, the branch manager, agreed the contract was incorrect, shook my hand, and promised to fix it and give me an additional refund for the inconvenience. He fixed part of the issue but never followed through on the extra refund he promised. Mistakes happen, but not keeping your word is disappointing and bad business. He is not a man of his word!

  These are the reasons I gave to “Enterprise Rent-A-Car” upon my recent vehicle rental experience from May 01 2026 till May 29 2026 at the facility located at [800 Mason Ave Daytona Beach, FL 32117 United States]: 1) Do NOT treat disrespectfully the customers. 2) Do NOT let the customers locked (almost 2 hours) inside your facilities just because you didn’t search for them before you close the office. 3) Answer the phone calls when customers try to reach your office, or even worst take the call and immediately hang up the phone call in a rude way. 4) Do NOT make the customers to constantly be the ones searching for the right option for the vehicle of their needs and DO YOUR JOB finding the option requested by the customer from the beginning. 5) It does NOT hurt to be polite with the customers and when your company or an associate make a mistake; you should APOLOGIZE to them. They deserve a respectful and professional response. 6) Despite how many vehicles you have available, you should ALWAYS have IN STOCK Hybrid vehicles “Ready to Go” to help customers to save money in gas prices. 7) You should check the vehicles and have them ready for the customers to start using them and NOT making the customer to waist time fixing a punch tire that has a leak of air at the moment of start using the rental. It is unfair to force the customer to take the vehicle and do the repair on the tire or make the customer wait another week or month for another hybrid vehicle to be available. 8) Do NOT treat the customers like a piece of trash rushing them just because you are in a hurry to end your shift or so. 9) Do NOT make the customer wait LONG periods of time at your facility just because you are short on staff. The customers are the reason for your company to exist in first place. If you don’t treat them well, they WONT come back to do business ever again with you.
