  No hassle pick up and return No surprise charges or fees Returned the car an hr or so earlier and got money back which is a nice surprise This is my 2nd time renting and definitely not my last.

  The reps were friendly and the picking up and dropping off the vehicle were quick and efficient. I would recommend renting a car from Enterprise.

  Went to an Enterprise location in Daytona where we were unable to rent a car. They sent us to Enterprise at DAB airport and we met with Gabrielle, the manager, who would not give us car being that we didn’t have a credit card. He saw that we had a NYS id and said he could not accept a debit card. He offered no suggestions, no flexibility, and did not ask if we had an outgoing flight. He sent us to another Enterprise bc he said they accepted debit cards. That Enterprise location told us to return to DAB and show our outgoing flight, since they did not accept debit cards. There was a lot of misinformation. With going back and showing another rep our outgoing flight info, they gave us a rental, however, Gabriele, did not have the decency or the courtesy to come out and apologize to us. We wasted 3 hours for absolutely nothing when we could’ve gotten a vehicle at DAB if only Gabrielle would’ve cared enough to offer efficient customer service.

  I like how your team reacts to customer service when there is a problem. Anyone can handle perfection. Your team is EXCELLENT when things go sideways.

  We scheduled a car ahead of time and were told it would be 10 minutes maximum when we arrived. It’s been an hour and 30 minutes and we still do not have a car and are being told we are next up everytime we ask. Be prepared to wait at least an hour and it won’t be the car you requested.
