    I rented a car in Florida, and drove it to Michigan. Service representatives at both locations were very pleasant and very efficient. The vehicle was in great shape and handled the roads beautifully. We’ll plan on using enterprise again in the future.

    My experience was Stellar. The Enterprise folks worked seamlessly with the Body shop.I suggest a part-time person to help with checking vehicles in & out. I was 3rd in line. Yes, I would choose Enterprise. The staff with Enterprise worked well with Body Shop.

    Question⁉️✋🏽 Hello, I have a question regarding the Enterprise Plus mobile check-in process. What is the purpose of completing the check-in through the app if, upon arriving at the rental location, customers are still required to provide the same information again, such as contact details, emergency contact information, and other details that were already entered during the online check-in? I was under the impression that completing the check-in in advance would streamline the pickup process and reduce the amount of time spent at the counter. Can you please explain what information from the app check-in is actually used and why customers are still asked to repeat the same questions at pickup? Thank you for your clarification.

    Very Professional service that is hard to find these days. Showed us the car, went over it with us, even emailed after we got it to make sure all was well.
