  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash. The business advertises free vacuum use, and there are no visible signs stating that customers must purchase a car wash or have a membership before using the vacuums. While we were using the vacuums, an employee approached us and stated that if we did not have a membership, we would be trespassed from the property if we returned. He claimed this policy had been in effect for about a month, yet there is still no signage informing customers of this requirement. If this is truly the policy, it should be clearly posted at the entrance and around the vacuum area so customers are aware before using the facilities. What made the situation even more concerning was that the employee stated he would be taking a picture of our license plate. We observed other customers at the car wash, but we were the only people approached regarding this issue. As the only African-American customers present at the time, this interaction left us feeling singled out and uncomfortable. Businesses have the right to enforce their policies, but those policies should be clearly communicated and applied consistently to all customers. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

  I want to get a monthly service. They charge me for 1 day at the time. I did not know went back the following day. The guy that was working mistakenly, put me on a 1 day car wash, instead of a month, which came out the same amount. Does it make any sense since I've been a customer sunset open?I talk to the manager.He wouldn't do anything about it.
