  Regular car wash.. Had bird poo on the car.. they didn't run the xtra soapy soft brush over it first. Very visable on driver door. Other than that pretty nice experience

  Norman needs to learn how to take no for an answer. I get it's his job to sell the memberships but after 4 times of saying no it's so annoying. Just let me pay for the car wash and move on.

  I was harassed by one of the staff members while detailing my car. It was racially motivated harassment. The initial exchange was pleasant as he asked me to get a car wash first before vacuuming. However, I explained to him that I like to vacuum my car first then wash because it’s common sense not to track dirt back in your car after washing and vacuuming. I explained that Once I vacuum my car I don’t like to get back out of my car until I make it home. It didn’t help that I was trying to hurry and vacuum my car before the rain came. He kept harassing me to make me wash my car first but failed to do to other non-black ppl who did not wash their cars first before vacuuming. So I followed their “rule” and went through the wash first then it started raining as I was vacuuming. So as I predicted I had to track mud back into the car I just vacuumed. I asked everyone else if the staff had approached them to ask them to wash their cars first and they said “no.” when I brought this to his attention he turned the vacuum off and threatened to call the police. I was approached and harassed at least 6 times while trying to clean my car. No other customers were approached. If I’m paying for a service that I have to do myself anyway, I WILL DO IT IN THE ORDER I PREFER TO CLEAN, TO BE MORE EFFICIENT. No, I will not purchase another membership and will pay for a mobile detailer from now on.
