  Nobody wants to come in for a tire repair, but attitude makes a huge difference. Austin and Robert were great! Friendliness and positive attitude do not cost anything, but make a huge difference when you arrive stressed about a situation. Smooth and I was out of there quickly. Job well done!

  I was referred to this location by TK because it had the tires I needed for my son's car. During the call an order was set up. I had issues with how easy Google Maps got me to the right location. After 2 tires were replaced and the car was being aligned, I asked and was told that the rear tires were worn down enough to merit replacement. The tires I needed were in stock so 2 became 4. In a liquids check they did, the coolant was brown, and the power steering was not the expected color. I added flushing both and their replacement. Both guys at the service desk were very friendly and in my opinion competent and trustworthy. Everyone I saw who walked with a tire service need was well treated. I have no reservations about highly recommending this location. You can stay in the waiting area or walk to Publix for a snack as I did. The car ride with the thew tires was excellent.

  After being a loyal customer of over 20 years, I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mavis Discount Tire. Since the transition from Tire Kingdom, Rob Sanchez, an employee, was aggressive when I asked to observe the tire change. The van was improperly centered on the rack, and when I asked a clarifying question, he got in my face. I felt unsafe and stopped the service immediately. I won't be returning. I just read a previous post and this is the person that I had a problem with as well go figure!!!! I guess this guy must be is the employee that starts problems and looks like I received the standard reply yo my c compliant so I called corporate. I think at the least employee training however this employee have a chip on his shoulder for some reason and I do believe he is going to continue this behavior and be a liability to the company

  These guys austin, kevin, and robert are awesome. Super knowledgeable on any complex car issues that Me and my family have ever had. These guys also create one of the most positive atmospheres I’ve ever seen in an automotive shop almost making you feel like family!

  This is the second time I’ve come to Tire Kingdom, and both times Robert has taken care of me. The first time I came in for a flat tire, and since then I’ve been back for an oil change, tire rotation, another flat tire, and general service for my car. Robert is always very kind, polite, and professional. I really appreciate how thoroughly he explains everything, so I always understand what’s going on with my car and what needs to be done. It makes the whole experience much less stressful and gives me confidence that my car is in good hands. Great customer service every time!
