  This was my first time coming to this auto shop, and I had a great experience. A big thank you to the mechanic manager, Eddie, for giving me a great price and providing such friendly service. I dropped off my car that day, and they were able to get it fixed very quickly. I’ll definitely come back if I need any car repairs in the future！

  I recently had a flat tire and decided to call N&K On Time Mobile Tire Repair. I was impressed by how quickly they arrived and how friendly and knowledgeable the technician was. The repair was done efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time. It truly made a stressful day much easier, and I couldn't be happier with their service!

  I made a next-day appointment to have a nail removed from my car tire. When I arrived I was told they couldn't honor my appointment as no one showed up for work. The man behind the counter was completely rude, unapologetic and offered no solution (i.e., please come back in the morning and we'll get this taken care of straight away). Awful customer service!

  I've been stewing on this for a few months debating if it's worth leaving a review bc the employees are nice and I think they had good intentions but anyway- Went in for an oil change & alignment. Roughly two weeks later, go back for AC repair, they tell me I need another alignment. I told him "but you guys just did an alignment a couple weeks ago" he says he'll get it sorted out, didn't charge me, I trusted it was fixed. I just took my car to another shop, ~2 months later, and they're telling me I need an alignment. My car is in good condition, I avoid potholes & I don't drive so erratically that I should be needing another alignment in such a short time( about 2000 mi in between). The AC repair was a bust & to preface, I understand these types of repairs can be tricky and other issues can pop up. The issue I have is they didn't actually double check to see if the repairs had really worked TWICE & the communication is not great. I noticed within five minutes of being in my car, after picking it up both times being told everything is good now, that it was not blowing properly. rant; regarding the AC repair, first time i picked up, the hose they replaced was defective, i understand that & don't blame them but hOw did yall not notice?? They just needed to sit in the damn car for a few minutes. The second time I picked up, as I'm walking out the door he goes, "oh it's possible there's an issue with the cooling fan" ITS POSSIBLE??? why was that not confirmed??????? Sure enough, new mechanic confirmed it was the condenser & tire choice did at least fix the leak in the hose. I would have continued the repairs with tire choice if they were straight with me. It's really unfortunate because the location is so convenient but I won't be back.
