  Everything was fine great place amazing staff car ran perfectly until it came time to give me back my deposit. They told me they released it said it would be in my bank account within 5 to 10 days and it wasn't I called back they told me wait 28 days after 28 days I called back because it still wasn't there then they started acting funny refused to respond to my emails in my calls. They said they would get it handled and they never resolved the issue I have never received my $200 refund do not rent from these people they will play games they will string you along they will even make it sound like it's your bank that has a problem I bank with Bank of America there's never a problem when it comes to a refund this merchant is a fraud do not give them your money

  Reservation was easy on the phone but when we arrived car wasn’t available, 3 other customers had same situation while we waited. I decided to walk down to Budget and found Toyota right next door to them with many cars available and good prices

  Worst experience EVER!!!!!! We made a booking reservation online for an SUV specifically at $54/day. We did the online ID verification. Then we walked 30 minutes to the pick-up location, only to have the desk clerk tell us the only available card was only a BMW convertible for $179/day!!!!!!!!! The clerk was extremely rude and could barely use the computer or find our reservation. She finally found the reservation, but said the car we reserved was not available?!?! This was at the Hard Rock Hollywood location. Absolutely bizarre!

  Lily and Nadiege were simply awesome. They bent over and backwards to make my experience a positive one. Lily even called around to find the. Vehicle I really wanted. Sixt is lucky to have staff like this.
