- ETEverythingWithBenji TVApr 12, 20244.0the service was good at first!, bt then we were lied to about the fees, which I did not appreciate and ended up getting charged more than what the rate that was given to me in the beginning, and it was supposed to be a flat rate, then I had to change the truck the next day because the brakes were bad and I did not feel safe and the second truck they gave me had starting issues, so penske should definitely keep up with the maintenance of the trucks, the customer support line was helpful and did there best to make it better experience give me a working truck bt I should not have gotten charged for since first 2 trucks they gave me had issues and were not driving correctly and had maintenance issues. I hope Penske fixes this!
- AMAlex De la MelenaAug 16, 20231.0I’m not usually one to write reviews but I felt it necessary in this case. We scheduled a truck for 9:30 AM it is currently 1:30 PM and the truck still isn’t available for pick up. First they told me it would be ready at 10 then 11 then 12 and im still waiting. We have been at their weston location for close to two hours now. This is simply unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I managed to get 50% off on the truck and hopefully it will be ready soon because frankly this has been a waste of time and money. 100% do NOT recommend.
