  Great experience. Location was busy during pickup, but the team triaged the cases of everyone waiting and prioritized. Great communication and actioning in a tough environment.

  I am disappointed with how my rental billing issue has been handled. I was charged $428.29 after my rental was returned, and I do not believe I should have been billed for this. This rental was connected to an insurance/claim situation, and my understanding is that Bristol West should have been responsible for the rental charges. This should have been handled internally between Bristol West and Enterprise, rather than being charged to me and leaving me to chase answers between multiple companies. I have been passed between Enterprise, Bristol West, and Rick Case, with each party pointing me somewhere else. Since Enterprise charged my card, I believe Enterprise should be able to provide a clear written explanation, an itemized invoice, the rental agreement, and a final receipt showing exactly why I was billed. I also had issues with follow-up and communication. I emailed supervisor Andrew and did not receive a response. I was also told by Kam that I would receive a call back the same day, but that call never came. I am not trying to be difficult. I simply want the charge reviewed, explained, and resolved properly. The lack of communication and accountability has made an already stressful situation even more frustrating.

  My experience at enterprise was Amazing. It was Kam who made my experience So Wonderful. Kam was very Friendly, answered all my questions and I had alot And he was extremely patient and very informative and professional at his job.I have dealt with alot of rental car companies, and have had some very bad experiences in the process.But If Everyone treated me like Kam did it would make the process of renting a car so much more pleasant.I will only now come to Enterprise if i ever neede to rent a car again at Rick Case because it was a very pleasant experience with Kam. 5 star service from him.   The car's condition was disappointing, despite excellent customer service. It needed to be retired due to various issues, including a loud AC, requirement for an oil change, and an unpleasant interior smell. Additionally, the radio was not functioning properly, making it impossible to change stations.
