All the right answer to my question, for me something comfortable because I’m a taller guy and other locations weren’t willing to help, but they were. Nelly and Sam went over above to help fulfill my needs while working a very busy day (right before the Memorial Day holiday). They were so pleasant to work with. Even though I had to wait a bit, I saw how they interacted with other customers, always in a positive manner. Truly inspiring given how busy the location was. I would give them both 5 gold stars for excellent service. I also loved my rental vehicle the Hyundai Sonata - a beautiful, smooth ride and very solid vehicle. Not too bad on gas too.
