EDIT (5/13/26): I spoke with a local representative who was apologetic and explained part of why I was left with a very large charge to my debit card without an explanation. She's working to get me the information I need to request a rental reimbursement from my insurance and was receptive to my feedback. I'm still waiting on what I need from them, but they're trying to work through it.

Finally someone picked up and hung up on me. I wont ever book at this location again. I watched her pick up a phone call and assist a customer over the phone while ive been waiting and now no one can pick up the phone and assit customers calling? Very unprofessional.

- RBRyan Sneakerhead BurgApr 21, 20265.0I’ve rented plenty of times from enterprise and the service is always great, but this time I was let down with the car that I rented, it didn’t have windshield washer fluid and I had to stop and get some myself and to top it all off the Freon on the car was low, so it was not pleasant driving 4 hours in the heat, and also getting warm air blown at you the entire ride up. Next time enterprise service your vehicles and maintain them a little more. Customer service always 10/10 though Ramisa was friendly and fast and I got my car in less than 10 mins so thank you to her for that!
