  Great customer service! Nelly was so friendly and personable. Most rental places are in a rush to get you in and out, Nelly was very accommodating especially after my recent accident. Highly recommended location!

  It’s sad to say after a few pleasant visits to this location the day has come where I have experienced one of the worse experiences encountered there. If I can give negative stars for this review I would. One can understand a location gets busy, especially towards the end of the day but when you sign up for a job it’s expected to be completed with grace and dignity. Yesterday this location was assisting customers out of order and when trying to mention or explain I was met by a frustrated disgruntled employee ( Daniel Zachar) who was very rude while raising his voice, being aggressive and dismissive. This altercation lasted nearly 3-4 min all while other guests were inside the branch. Unfortunately the branch manager “went home” for the day and the assistant manager was outside being super woman. At no point should the frustration of the Enterprise team be taken out on a customer. If you do not want to do the job or stay late (due to the store being busy) take that up with store management or corporate. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. In addition, having to ask the assistant manager multiple times was she even going to ask what transpired seemed like a lot. Customer service seems to be lacking of the sort because since when doesn’t the upper level management team want to address an issue and make things right. I understand everyone wants to go home but customer service doesn’t stop as long as you have customers in front of you who have waited over an hour in person.

  I had a wonderful experience renting a car here. Daniel was very helpful and friendly. Daniel provided all the details I needed and made the process fast and easy. Great customer service from start to finish. This is my preferred location for reliable, up to date, clean fleet of vehicles! Highly recommend!"
