  Prompt and Courteous but most of all, Delightful staff with a clean, quiet location. No hassles or broken contracts or regrets. I am a long time customer of Enterprise with an Emerald Elite Status. Long before my preferred status, I was convinced that whenever I had to have an auto rental, it would be Enterprise. It's hard to find folk that truly appreciate you spending your time and money with their brand. I'm very particular when I travel and I prefer premium or luxury vehicles as I own several. I've never had an issue with availability or performance. The female service rep immediately acknowledged my entrance, took my last name, located my confirmation number and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Matter of fact she and the other rep collaborated between myself and another person and got us both out of there. They used please, thank you, how can I help, Is there anything else I can do for you and we appreciate your business and thank you for choosing Enterprise.😁 The atmosphere is so pleasant and ADA compliant. There was hand sanitizer, clean counters and windows. I will always give Enterprise Auto Rentals... 5☆☆☆☆☆.. Especially the young lady and staff who took care of me.. My choice remains, Enterprise. Don't take my word for it, try them for yourself.🏆🏆 Mrs Vee.

  The car was good quality and the rental overall was good but the only reason I am leaving a 5 star review is because of Nelly Oliva, the employee working the desk. I own a business and as far as customer service goes she was top notch. She was handling multiple customers at one time because she was stuck working by herself. Even though she had a lot of customers waiting and asking lots of questions she remained polite , courteous, and calm. Rare find these days to find customer service like that. Hope enterprise gives her a raise.

  Thank god I was able to get the name of the employee before they purposefully started ignoring my calls. I spoke with Julian about a concern I had they then proceed to hang up the phone on me and as I call an additional 5 times they dodge my calls even at one point answering my call by what I assuming was a mistake to then hang up on me all over again. I can say one of the worst services I have ever experienced
