- JHjason horganMay 6, 20265.0The car was good quality and the rental overall was good but the only reason I am leaving a 5 star review is because of Nelly Oliva, the employee working the desk. I own a business and as far as customer service goes she was top notch. She was handling multiple customers at one time because she was stuck working by herself. Even though she had a lot of customers waiting and asking lots of questions she remained polite , courteous, and calm. Rare find these days to find customer service like that. Hope enterprise gives her a raise.

I spoke with Julian about a concern I had they then proceed to hang up the phone on me and as I call an additional 5 times they dodge my calls even at one point answering my call by what I assuming was a mistake to then hang up on me all over again. I can say one of the worst services I have ever experienced
