  Outstanding work, customer service is beyond what I paid for the work. The team made me feel comfortable, and was informative and explained all work. And took care of all special requests. I have had ceramic coating and p p f work done on previous cars, and these guys are by far the best. Wow!

  I had a great experience with Elite Premium Detailing and Rafael. I brought in my 2016 Corvette convertible for ceramic coating and tint, and the results exceeded my expectations. Rafael was professional, easy to work with, and helped me stay within my budget while still delivering excellent results. The paint looks significantly better after the decontamination and polish, and the Ceramic Pro Silver package really enhanced the gloss and finish. The tint also came out clean and exactly how I wanted it. Overall, great attention to detail and customer service. I’m very happy with how the car turned out and would definitely recommend them.

  I found this place online and from what I can see on the reviews, it was going to be my choice to have a ceramic coating for my new Audi Q5. I Live on the beach and park under a tree that always leaves debris the next day, As well as the salt spots. Despite having a monthly Car wash service, I needed to protect my car in a way that I could just rinse it off the next day without having to travel to the Car wash every day. Today was my first day, rinsing it off with the water hose. After the car looked like a mess In the morning, I was able to do a quick rinse and shimmy and the car looked new again. Of course, going to the car wash would do a better job, but this will also protect my paint They did a great job. Highly recommend that place. Ask for Rafael.

  Do not bring your Tesla here. Learn from our mistake. We brought two of our Teslas, a Model S for a wrap and a Model X for PPF and between the two of them the damage they caused is honestly hard to believe. I wasn’t going to even write a review about this until today, when I found more damage after the wrap was removed. On the Model S, they damaged the paint in three spots. The rear is the worst of it and we're not talking about a scratch or a scuff…there is a large area where the paint is just GONE!! Literally Missing. On top of that, there are wet sand marks in multiple places which tells you they were trying to buff something out and either gave up or didn't know what they were doing. This is a car we brought to them specifically to protect. They wrapped it and secretly handed it back to us in worse condition than it arrived since the wrap covered the spots. They also broke both side repeater cameras, which I let go at the time because I just didn't have the energy for the fight to get money back or parts replaced. And if that wasn't enough, the wrap itself started peeling and had terrible seams in several areas. The wrap...the thing they're actually supposed to be good at. The Model X PPF has moisture trapped underneath it in multiple spots and you can clearly see it. When we raised concerns during pickup about this with them, they told us it was normal and that it would go away on its own. It hasn't. That's not a minor install hiccup, especially since we found out that the film could now be slowly destroying the paint beneath it, and they knew about it and brushed us off. They also broke both side cameras on that car. But the thing that really got us was the front Autopilot camera. We had no idea it was broken when we picked the car up, how would we? We barely used autopilor or FSD in that car. It wasn't until recent when we started using FSD that just stopped working that we started digging into it, and that's when we found out they had broken the bracket that holds the interior camera in place. They handed us back our car with a busted safety system and never said a word. Between both cars that's a boat load of things they broke or damaged. when we raised concerns, we were either ignored or told it was normal. To their credit they painted our Model S calipers for free and was genuinely kind about it. We appreciated that at the time. But now, knowing what we know about the paint damage on that same car... we can't help but wonder if that was just a nice gesture or if he knew something was wrong and felt bad about it? We'll probably never know. If you own a Tesla think twice because your cameras run Autopilot, FSD, Sentry Mode and this shop clearly isn't equipped to work around them carefully.
