He didn’t have to assist with the circumstances but he did it with professionalism and efficiency. He offered helpful advice and took extra steps to make sure everything was working before I pulled away. Definitely a God-send for an out of town traveler! He deserves recognition!! Thanks!

I don’t know how she is in the position of running that store but that was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had an advanced auto parts. I love these stores and she is not representative of that energy. The newer gentleman at the counter was empathetic, understanding and helpful, but every interaction with her was snappy and rude.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
