- EPEmir Palma3 days ago1.0We’ll never return to this store again just out of principle, the manager needs serious customer service training. I don’t know how she is in the position of running that store but that was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had an advanced auto parts. I love these stores and she is not representative of that energy. The newer gentleman at the counter was empathetic, understanding and helpful, but every interaction with her was snappy and rude.

I returned my items due to the poor customer service and unprofessional tone used when speaking to me. Three people behind me also left the store. I will be going out of my way to make my purchase at auto zone. I will be letting corporate know in full detail what happened. Wasted my time and treated me poorly. 0/10

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
