  Destiny and Angela were very thorough and did an amazing job. The best oil change i’ve gotten from this location!! They were super friendly and work efficiently. Truly enjoyed this visit.

  After waiting 20 minutes the truck in the bay pulled out and was well into the drive out area when I started to pull into the bay. The young woman stopped me and signaled for me to go back. There being no one behind me I complied. She then signaled me to go forward and cut to the left which I did. When I got forward she signaled me to go back about a foot. I did, put the car in park and rolled down the window and asked why I was told to back up. She said the other car was not clear but it was. At that point a young black man walked up and told her he would handle this. He then walked out of the bay and signaled me to come toward him as he yelled “if you can’t follow instructions go to ‘something unintelligible’ but sound like hell” I left confused by the encounter as I just moved to Florida from Tennessee and am looking for a service vendor for my 2016 Lexus LS 460. The behavior felt scary so I will not be going back there.

  Due the recent incident with the oil change, I cannot rate this location 5 stars, but would rate Manager 5 stars. During the service, the technician neglected to secure the oil cap, resulting in an oil spill over the engine bay. Consequently, we were required to take the vehicle to the manufacturer for inspection and cleaning. Fortunately, the issue was resolved, and the associated expenses were refunded. I would like to express my gratitude to Manager Key for his unwavering support and assistance throughout the ordeal. He diligently followed up on the matter and reassured us that the situation would be rectified, which it was. Assistant Manager Larry also provided valuable support during our interactions and handled the situation appropriately. However, I must express my disappointment with the female assistant manager’s lack of assistance. She maintained a defensive attitude and exhibited confrontational behavior when we initially addressed the issue. I recommend that future customers directly contact Manager Key or Assistant Manager Larry for their services.

  I would say my experience was just fine. Nobody was rude or anything like that, and the services provided were completed, but I did have a couple issues. My trust level is a little low after I got a full synthetic oil change (typically good for a minimum of 7500 miles), and I was given a sticker that told me I should come back in 3 months/3k miles. Either it was printed incorrectly, or they want me to spend more money…The oil change service light on my car is still triggered, as this was not reset after my oil change. Lastly, my front left turn signal no longer works. The technician offered to change my left running light, but was unable to due to the complexity of my vehicle. He said he would have to take my bumper off to get to it. While I can’t say definitively that he caused my left turn signal to go out, it was 100% working when I got in. And when I left the shop, it wasn’t. I didn’t realize this until a couple days later when a friend told me the reason my left blinker was “clicking” faster, was because it was probably not working. Upon investigation, this was correct. So that’s why I am just leaving an average rating. I have a local shop I typically go to and I will most likely return there going forward. Thanks.

  Great service! The guys were very attentive, paid attention to detail, they took the time to clean out the air filter box after changing the air filter. They were very polite and respectful. Did all the checks for tires, coolant, washer fluid, & battery. Explained everything thoroughly & we’re pleasant to deal with.
