  " nascar" type oil change meaning just drop oil and oil filter . Well yes they did that but,, had trouble reaching the oil filter , when I felt the whole car rock to one side after the oil change that means they wrenched the new oil filter on which is supposed to be only hand tightened . And when i got home there was oil stains on my driveway from the old oil dripping off the cross member and down the side of the motor , which could have been easily sprayed off with some brake clean and a rag . It made a mess of my driveway and is now permanently stained concrete. All it took was a rag and some cleaning ! And do not use a band wrench to tighten the filter! Uhhgg 😡

  Keonte and team were very professional and got me in and out as advertised. It’s always good these days to be provided with good customer service because it comes so rarely. This is a new location by my home and I will be coming here for now on for my oil changes in between my Mercedes splanned service visits.

  Definitely would recommend this place. The team took care of me, there was a bit of miscommunication on my part but still they had patience, took there time to get the job done correctly, showed professionalism all throughout and the service was great from the start to finish.   This is the best service ever , I’ve been here twice already and they are always so kind , efficient and friendly! Great staff and will def continue to come back . Thank you all for making a boring chore such a wonderful experience!

  I typically love this place and I will return. The staff is always friendly very knowledgeable very efficient. I only gave four stars because I am iffy about my actual oil change because they had to remove 2 pints of oil after giving me an oil change and that is from either the oil that was previously in there was not properly removed. Is one of the options that I was told otherwise I still would recommend this place. I've never had any prior issues and there's always rule for mistakes so I am not upset, but I am concerned. The manager there he is very professional he's always observing his team and assisting. I must say I like how they run business there there's no horse play. There's no joking around just friendly service and efficient. They get you in and get you out and they give you your recommendations prior to your service.
