Jesus was a life savor. I am from Ft. Lauderdale and got a side blow out on my car. I drive an Alfa which does not come with a spare. I found a small tire shop and was able to get a badly used tire but something on there long enough to make it home. As this was happening I sat in the parking lot and called 9 different locations. The first one was actually a Tire Kingdom but a different location. Every location told me they did not have the tire on stock or in warehouse. After speaking with the 8th place, they tried to convince me that the tire doesn’t exist - I grew so frustrated. I know I am a girl, but I 100% know my car and the tires on it. I decided to go directly to the Pirelli website and enter my car info, shortly after this Tire Kingdom location popped up. Stressed out, and with no hope, I decided to try this location before giving up. Jesus answered the phone, recognizing how frustrated I was he promised to help me. Within in an hour Jesus called me back and checked all his resources and wouldn’t you bet he found 37 of my specific tire in the warehouse! Could you imagine? I was so grateful for his help, not dismissing me or questioning me as if I didn’t know how to read a tire size. He stepped up and really helped me out! I’d recommend his service and THIS specific location any day! Thank you LOADS Jesus!!!!
Today was my first time at this Tire Kingdom on Lake Wilson Road in Davenport. I came when the store opened and Christain was the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. He was knowledgeable of my problem and wasted no time to get my car done quickly. He was also kind enough to let me know what my car needs in the near future. I also want to acknowledge Gavin who was the gentleman working in the front customer service area. His kind demeanor and quick customer service put me at ease and made my trip definitely pleasant. Shout Out to this Location!!!! I am satisfied and will be coming back!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Tire Kingdom! I discovered a puncture in my rear passenger-side tire and was relieved to find a Tire Kingdom location just 15 minutes from my home.
From the moment I arrived, Gavin and Gabe provided outstanding customer service. They quickly took my vehicle to the back, inspected all four tires to make sure everything was safe, and explained everything clearly. I was honestly surprised by how fast the service was completed, and the repair was very reasonably priced.
Their professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It's hard to find employees who go above and beyond the way Gavin and Gabe did. Called tire kingdom 2 hours ahead of time. Asked if they had my size tire on hand and available. Was told they do. They took my name, info, and told me they would hold it for me. Waited for roadside assistance got the donut on and drove to tire kingdom. They then tell me the order hasn’t come through and they don’t have my size tire on hand. I understand not having it but not being honest in such a high stress situation for customers trying to get a tire and get home just doesn’t make sense.

I had an outstanding experience at Tire Kingdom today thanks to Gavin and the entire team. In fact, I had just walked out of another nearby tire shop because their customer service was so poor. From the moment I walked into Tire Kingdom, the difference was night and day.
Gavin went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, communicated clearly, and made sure all of my questions were answered. His professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help completely turned my day around.
The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely courteous from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in providing an excellent customer experience.
