  Called to get an estimate on an oil change for 2 cars and Angel was really nice to help out. When coming in he was able to take us right away. We also had concerns on the front drivers tire as it may have a slow leak and he informed us that the treed was bad and was able to get us a great deal on not only the oil change but the tires too. Thanks for your help, Angel will be back again.

  I was in need of brakes on my vehicle and I'm no longer able to do the work myself and I realize there was a Tire Kingdom and a Mavis Tire is right up the road from me. When I looked them up online, I found out they are the same company now. I chose the one closest to me and made an appointment online. I was also able to apply for their credit card which had a couple of bonuses attached to it. I get six months to pay since I spent over the limit they set and there's no interest. I arrived first thing in the morning and wait for them to open the doors. I told him I had an appointment and when they asked what I needed done I explained that I was looking to get pads and rotors all around on my vehicle. They took all the information on my vehicle and gave me a quote. I gave them the keys and told them I would wait for the vehicle. I was able to see them working on my vehicle while I was waiting. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours before my vehicle was ready. I was able to easily pay using the new card and received some discounts. So far everything seems well done. Everyone I encountered who worked there was friendly and professional. They were very straightforward with everything and I am satisfied with the service they did. The price for the job was in line with what I expected to pay.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! Everyone was super nice, professional, and incredibly fast. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. A special shoutout to Angel, who helped me check in and made sure everything was good from start to finish. Angel was absolutely wonderful so kind, welcoming, and genuinely made sure I was taken care of. It’s always nice to find a place where you feel like you’re being treated with respect and great customer service. I definitely recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes and will be back!

  I had a really bad experience at Mavis Tires. I went there only to have a flat tire repaired, but they removed all four of my tires and inspected the brakes without me asking for a brake inspection. On top of that, I had to wait about two hours just to get a single flat tire serviced. I understand that shops can get busy, but this was an unnecessary and frustrating experience. I went in for a simple tire repair and was not expecting additional inspections or such a long wait

  I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The services were completed without any attempts to upsell additional services. Given that it was a less busy day, I was informed that the service would likely be prompt. I remained in the vicinity attending to other tasks, and my vehicle was ready upon my return. I dropped it off at 10:00 AM and was driving away by 10:55 AM. I am highly satisfied with the expediency of the service. Overall, the service was excellent.
