  Shame on you — I was ready to drop over $2,000 on tires that day. You should remember that business owners often send their wives in first to see how they are treated before committing to $10k+ in annual fleet business. A person walks in ready to spend money and your employee can’t even be bothered to look up and help. When they finally did look up, all I got were excuses and a hard push to buy the tires you already had in the shop instead of getting what I actually wanted from the regional warehouse. (I had already called the regional warehouse and confirmed they had the tires in stock.) I’ll be taking my entire fleet of vehicles elsewhere. You also never made things right from a previous trip. I bought tires for a work truck, left the old ones in the bed like I asked, and you still charged my wife a tire disposal fee. FYI — Discount Tire hooked me up the very next day with exactly what I asked for, no excuses and no trying to unload crap they ordered too much of. There is exactly one person in this shop who has been repeatedly helpful. Sadly he wasn’t there that day. He’s an older gentleman with gray/white hair and was the main reason you were going to get our business. Model his professionalism and you might actually win some.

  Got a flat on the freeway (on a Saturday) and brought it here they fixed it right up put the temp tire back in its spot and we were back on the road in no time with the regular tire. Great service, excellent attitudes and quality work.

  Had A blowout on my camper needed a tire the guy (wish I had his name) working the counter went to the warehouse and got the tire I needed and mounted it himself and even put it back in my truck for me. Top Notch Service. You don’t find this very often anymore. Thanks

  The shop checked my alignment and said my car needed an alignment. When I went to pay I asked to see my before and after specs before swiping my card. After what seemed like a lengthy wait, I was told they do not have any of my specs, could not print them from the computer history because it did not save, and they did not take a screenshot. I was basically paying for something they could not prove they did. The only proof they provided was my 90 day warranty. When I called the corporate number I was told the same thing. As a female who is very familiar with this industry, I would not feel comfortable recommending this location to another.

  I scheduled an alignment appointment for 10:00 AM and arrived early at 9:46 AM. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. After checking in, I was told their system was not working properly because they recently switched software, which made the appointment scheduling unreliable. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I waited nearly two hours before my vehicle was even taken to the alignment rack. To make things worse, my truck was taken in earlier for an inspection that I did not request, while other customers who arrived after me were serviced and already left before anything was done on my vehicle. When I asked for updates, the explanations did not feel clear or consistent. I understand that technical issues can happen, but better organization, communication, and respect for customers’ time are essential. I’m leaving this review as constructive feedback. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both their scheduling system and customer service, because this experience was far from acceptable.
