  Darrin the branch manager is definitely old school when it comes to customer service. He went way beyond helping me reserve a cargo van when all other rental companies would not even call me back. I highly recommend this location. I will drop another review after my trip is complete and I have had the full experience from start to finish. So far definitely 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  We recently rented a 15-passenger van for a trip to Atlanta for a dance competition with our daughters and friends, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The van itself was in excellent condition , clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. It made the long drive comfortable and stress-free, which was exactly what we needed for such a big trip. What truly made the experience exceptional was the customer service. The branch manager, Darrin Davis, went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and prepared before hitting the road. He was incredibly polite, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He even gave us helpful tips on how to safely handle and drive a vehicle of that size, which we really appreciated. Thanks to Darrin and the team, everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing a larger vehicle or just great, reliable service!
