  Horrible customer service. There's never more then one person attending the desk and they are always being pulled away to handle the line of customers. Constantly waiting with no one giving notice or attention to us. Everyone else is either in offices or non existent. Other employees just see us and ignore us. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. If you can rent somewhere else please do. The only employee I see doing her job is the front desk girl and she is clearly handling too much. Hire more people or delegate her tasks to other employees so she can be at the desk at all times. Horrible horrible set up. If I could give no stars I would.

  Terry and the other agents were very cheerful and friendly. Terry was very patient and professional in explaing rhe options for my uncertain needs. The facilities are very clean and pleasant.

  Absolutely terrible experience at Enterprise. I went in person to ask if there were vehicles available and was told there was nothing until Monday. While standing there, I checked online and the system showed cars available, so I made a reservation immediately and even received a confirmation email and confirmation number to pick up the car at 5 PM. When I returned with my confirmed reservation, the same employee told me they still had no cars and basically said she didn’t know why the system allows reservations when there are no vehicles available. Completely unacceptable. A reservation confirmation should actually mean something. This wasted my time, my trip, and created unnecessary stress. If your inventory is inaccurate, stop allowing customers to book vehicles you do not have. Very unprofessional and extremely frustrating experience.

  This location is the worst. Canceling reservations, calling an hour before pickup and saying there are no vehicles available. The manager Ava is a real piece of work. Very unprofessional and downright disrespectful. We have had three different issues with her and this location.

  Thank you to Melissa and Eva at Davenport Enterprise, 2460 Access Road, Davenport, FL 33897, United States. They were so helpful. We have a situation with our rental at North Dade Enterprise in Miami. The vehicle has a malfunction, so we called them to assist with the rental. The customer service agent at North Dade Miami blamed us for the malfunction. The customer service was so poor; she was rude, didn't know anything, and gave us the run-around. Melissa and Eva step in and help us out. They called Roadside for us; they have professional customer service and care about our safety. They were so educated and knowledgeable about Enterprises. Thank you, Eva and Melissa Excellent service
