From the moment I asked about a price, her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Her only response was that “that’s what came up in the computer” and that she doesn’t set the prices, but the way she said it was disrespectful and full of attitude. She spoke poorly to both my husband and me, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. There was no effort to help, explain, or provide any kind of decent customer service. That kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I will not be returning to this location if this is the type of service they allow.

One associate was in the back clunking around… one was at the counter assisting a customer, when she finished I stepped forward just as I began to speak, the phone rang and she picked it up and started helping the caller. Taken aback at this I stepped back from her, as I did, the second associate came out of the back and wiggled her index finger to come down to the other terminal. She placed her hands on the keyboard. looking at her I said “I’m looking for front turn signal bulbs for my 2000 VW Beetle 2 .0 “ before I could finish my sentence her phone rang, picking up the phone she cheerfully greeted the caller and ignored my request…. At this point I walked out and I will not return.

Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Typically a car battery will last 2-5 years, with premium batteries lasting 5-6 years. But you should replace it every 4 years for safe measures if you want to avoid any unwanted problems.
What are the signs of a bad car battery?
Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
