But an employee named Manny helped me out. He helped me find the correct bulb i need and helped install the new bulb. He is the definition of Amazing Customer Service.

I had to ask the employee who was helping me to come out to my car so I could make sure I was purchasing the correct bulb. He found it in the aisle, told me the price, and I paid for it. Then I asked him, “Could you please do me a favor and help me replace it?” He replied that he didn't know how and that they were not allowed to replace bulbs. Another employee was walking by, so I asked him the same question. He responded that he was busy replacing a battery, and he showed no kindness or willingness to help. I went back to my car and tried to replace the bulb myself, but my concern was that I might do it incorrectly. So, I decided to return to the store and ask for a refund. I told the employee that I had been there about two weeks ago and that a very kind gentleman had helped me. He had walked out to my car, assisted me, and replaced both bulbs. This time, however, the employee didn't even apologize. I wish I will have the name of the gentlemen who help me he was so kind and professional. will never shop there again. I know that my decision not to return may not affect their business, but life has a way of teaching people lessons. Thank you for nothing!
