  Overall, the experience with Harbour Towne Marina was great. The location to any general needs (grocery, laundry, hardware stores, marine supply stores, FLL Int'l Airport, etc is very good). The staff were very helpful and the security staff are top-knotch! The supervisor security guard that I met was Karl 'With a K." He is a jovial guy who will give the shirt off his back to help another out. Always checking in with us to see if we needed anything, how things were going, how the progress of repairs were going, etc. Karl was great with accommodating us with some unique needs as well and he, and his staff helped our situation significantly!! The other guards that I had regular interaction with were Anthony and Abraham. Both guys were equally great as Karl and always stopping to take a moment to check on my and my family. We felt safe there and welcomed. The security guards offered to run us to different parts of the marina as needed on their golf carts as well which was a huge blessing. Jason, the travel lift operator was also fabulous and very knowledgeable. To watch him move all that weight in yachts around with that travel lift was something to behold. Leah at the dockmaster's office was always chipper and welcoming when we went into the office. A bit of caution, having service done in South FL is a blessing in that "everything" one would need for a yacht is literally right there... but, the cost of everything is quite a bit higher as well so be prepared when stopping for significant work to be done that the cost to do that work is elevated. The bath houses are basic and contain the needs but are hot with the FL heat. Laundry is coin-based. You can only get on the travel lift haul schedule if you have a tenant agency schedule it. To do that, you need to have one or more of them do work on your vessel. We used Yacht Management Group (YMG) as our tenant agency and the experience was great. (See separate YMG review for specifics). Harbour Towne is off the ICW just south of Port Everglades, FL on the Dania Beach Cut. It is easy to get to and plenty of water in the cut. Broward Marine is across the cut from them and they serve super yachts so depth is not an issue. The fuel dock is also easy to access and if turning around a larger vessel, you have the turning basin spanning Harbour Towne and Broward to utilize. If taking a significant amount of fuel, you can coordinate delivery of bulk fuel via tanker truck as well. Overall, a good experience.

  I am a frequent customer at Harbour Towne Leah and Amanda were very helpful with my needs as far as my boat.The marina is excellent because there are no bridges. Leah sold me a slip and it was a seemless process. I can’t wait to return to Harbour Towne.

  It is a very safe place; even if you arrive late, there is someone there to assist you and show you where to park. I went with a group of friends on our way to the Bahamas, and it was the best place we found to leave our cars—very secure. We stayed for four days at $20 per day, for a total of $80. They have security systems and 24-hour security personnel. The restrooms are very clean and feature showers with hot and cold water.

  We went to get some supplies, lady on the store had an bad attitude. Restrooms doesn't work. No very friendly place.

  We have had our boat at Harbour Town for 4 yrs & can’t say enough about the amazing service Christie gives us!! When we start to pull up, you always get a fabulous smile along with the nicest greeting!! She is so professional & the company should appreciate such a great employee that’s a great asset! We own our own company & great employees like her are hard to come by. We want to steal her from you!! We wanted to take 5 min to share with you what a gem you have there!
