  It is a very safe place; even if you arrive late, there is someone there to assist you and show you where to park. I went with a group of friends on our way to the Bahamas, and it was the best place we found to leave our cars—very secure. We stayed for four days at $20 per day, for a total of $80. They have security systems and 24-hour security personnel. The restrooms are very clean and feature showers with hot and cold water.

  We went to get some supplies, lady on the store had an bad attitude. Restrooms doesn't work. No very friendly place.

  We have had our boat at Harbour Town for 4 yrs & can’t say enough about the amazing service Christie gives us!! When we start to pull up, you always get a fabulous smile along with the nicest greeting!! She is so professional & the company should appreciate such a great employee that’s a great asset! We own our own company & great employees like her are hard to come by. We want to steal her from you!! We wanted to take 5 min to share with you what a gem you have there!

  Would say zero stars if that was possible. Honestly a terrible experience. Blonde lady was super rude,didnt allow us to dock and refused to use a radio. Once we were cleared by higher ups, all the dock sat in the office and refused to help with the lines. This particular blonde worker started throwing her hands around and gesturing rudely. As the owner of a boat delivery company, we do not recommend this as a spot to refuel unless you want to take a chance with rude people and unnecessary attitude.

  We hauled out at harbor towne to have some work done on our new to us cat. We used YMG for the work. Getting in (and now out) may be a bit slow, as it’s a tiny yard. But from the cheap laundry to the clean restrooms and the amazing staff it’s been a good experience. I want to give a special shout out to the gals at the office who let me print something I needed and especially to Carl the security guard who took extra special care of us. Thank you all.
