I was charged $61.99 for a premium Sylvania SilverStar Ultra headlight bulb, but instead I was given a basic H13 bulb worth around $19.99. This is a huge price difference and completely unacceptable. I trusted the employee to provide the correct product, only to later discover that I was overcharged and given the wrong item after already installing it. Whether this was negligence or intentional, this kind of mistake is very misleading and damages customer trust. Management seriously needs to improve employee training and quality control so other customers do not get taken advantage of the same way.

In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
