  I went here today just for a simple tire patch on one of my tires and I took them one hour 30 min just to do absolutely nothing they took one of my good tires out didn’t even touch the tire that actually needed the patch unbelievable do not recommend this place at all just wasted my time here!!!

  Ended up waiting around 6 hours total 🤯 to get 2 new tires put on my vehicle and to have all 4 wheels balanced. When I first went in I was told it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get it done. Then they ran into a small problem with my lugs that didn’t want to come off on the one wheel. I was told it was probably going to take another hour or so to get that taken care of. Well around 3 hours later they finally had it taken care of. Not sure how they managed to make it take 3 whole hours but it is what it is. They did do a good job it just took forever. And they’re overpriced too. Also said that my brakes are going to need replaced soon and that my shocks and struts are bad. Gave me an eye watering bid to replace the shocks and struts. I will either bring it to another shop to get it done or do it myself.

  I had 4 brand new tires put on mounted and balanced with an alignment, however, when I left I felt a bad wobble so I took it back and they said the tires needed rebalanced. After I left I noticed that there was still a wobble so I took my car to Jim’s tires and they said 3 out of 4 of my tires needed rebalanced. I feel like because I am a woman they tried to just get me out the door and say they did the rebalancing but did not. Jim’s tires is always fair! The only reason I didn’t go to them in the first place is because they were closed when I needed the tires done. I will not use Mavis again.

  Worst experience ever! Seen a technician named Luis drinking on the job and the only reason I could tell it was beer is because my husband drinks the same brand, him and the so called manger Roger need to be let go immediately!! I will NEVER return and will let my family and neighborhood know that's this place is no longer safe and able to be trusted with our vehicles, Roger is not the type of management l'd have at any store....If you still go make sure to have one of thee other techs and manger work on w.e it is your getting just to be on the safe side, I will be finding a legal way to go about this you’ll definitely hear from me again !!!

  Worst experience ever. Ordered tires for my vehicle. Took two hours past my appointment time to get it in the bay, another hour wondering why the can't put a 17" tire on an 18" rim! So ordered the right tires to be installed the next day, nope. Called and said they will be in the following day. Following day called and didn't show up in first truck, second truck shows up with my tires. Half hour before they close I get a call to come pick up my vehicle. I live 20 minutes away. Come to find out I was charge to balance 8 tires, four of which were 17". Looking at my truck, I realize the one good tire i had on the truck was the spare. They replaced that one and threw the wheel i needed change in the back of the truck. Like come on guys, you were told multiple times it had a spare. One look and you can see that one rim isn't chrome. I even watched them pull that wheel from the bed first, which ws the first tire removed. The same rim part of the installing a 17" tire on. Ill never come back to mavis.
