Very disappointing experience. It took nine days to repair one issue that required about one hour of labor, while the shop completely missed the truck’s shuddering problem despite my repeatedly suggesting the torque converter as the likely cause. A transmission shop later confirmed that diagnosis. I was also charged a diagnostic fee, even though the issue was not properly identified and I had to take the truck elsewhere. Dave was professional, but the service was not satisfactory. I would not bring my vehicle back here.

They couldn’t have made everything easier in a rough vehicle situation. Kinda bought my first lemon. I don’t say this lightly, but I would recommend my family or friends take their vehicles here for repairs. The Ten Commandments on the wall is awesome too!
