Tire Kingdom was excellent! I had such a wonderful experience thanks to David! I stopped by to get some air in my tires, and as someone who isn’t very knowledgeable about cars, I truly appreciated how kind, patient, and helpful he was. He immediately approached me with a friendly attitude, politely asked how he could assist, and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help did not go unnoticed. It’s refreshing to come across someone who provides such excellent customer service, even for something so simple. I would absolutely return in the future and highly recommend this location. Thank you again, David!

Back in March of 2025 my mom and I took her car to get an oil change, here recent we went to Oil Change Express on Lecanto and the mechanic who serviced her car for another oil change said “whoever did your last oil change had oil everywhere and that there was a small oil leak. Of course neither my mom or myself are mechanics so we wouldn’t know if there was a leak or not, but was confirmed that whoever did the last oil change which was Tire Kingdom in Crystal River damaged the car. The fact that whoever performed the oil change didn’t say anything shows people don’t have any integrity, morals or principles. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Walked in with no notice and spoke to Adam. Personable, friendly, helpful. Needed only a minor repair, so I was able to wait while the service was performed. Watched other employees interact with customers and they, too, seemed to be in the mindset of treating their customers with respect. Will return to this company. Thank you for great service!

I had an excellent experience with the team at this car service center. From start to finish, everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing great customer service.
Adam, the manager, was outstanding. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Trula, the service representative, was extremely helpful, communicative, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Tanner, the mechanic, did an excellent job with the service and clearly takes pride in his work.
It’s refreshing to receive this level of professionalism and attention to detail. Adam, Trula, and Tanner all went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. I truly appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service.

Hands down the best experience ever! Got a flat on our way to Bradenton from Tallahassee. We tried to plug it to no avail. We were traveling on a wing and a prayer with 8% charge on our car. We called and the woman who answered was extremely helpful and was ready for us when we got there. The two young men got our car in and out in less than 30 minutes. The whole team was courteous and professional! If you have tire needs in citrus county this is the place to go. I only regret that I didn't get thier names.
