    Horrible service!! Booked a reservation, received a confirmation. In route to pick up the vehicle I got a call from a very rude person named Gina stating that my reservation is cancelled and there’s nothing she can do about it, she doesn’t have any cars. Now panicking, trying to get to my dying elderly father. I explained and asked if there was anything she could do, even arrange for a pick up at another location. Gina offered no explanation, no assistance of any kind, did not try to contact another location, nor tried to make it right in any way shape or form, only stated: I’ve got no cars, you can do whatever you want but I can’t help you. I’ve used Enterprise countless times for travel both business and personal and have never been treated so poorly, with such disregard or lack of compassion. My company nor myself personally will ever use Enterprise ever again based off this interaction. Absolutely disgusting customer service!
