  I pulled in 30 minutes before closing to get a quick oil change. I do air conditioning and heating in Florida here, and it's been busy. In my work vehicle, time is of the essence, and it's hard getting in, so I tried to get a quick oil change because I have to keep the van rolling and keep our people that we serve taken care of.A guy walked out and he just kept insinuating that they're the highest priced in town and it's going to be a while (One car there). If it's okay, I'll wait. They can do it, but they'd recommend a shop down the road because they're cheaper. He just didn't seem like he wanted to get me taken care of. Ended up just going right down the road to 5-minute oil change, and they were fantastic. Great customer service. They were on point, literally got it done quick in and out. I'd recommend skipping the Grease Monkey in Crestview, Florida and going to 5-minute oil change north Crestview, FL

  Grease monkey is awesome, great service and awesome staff highly recommend if you are in the area. Cliff was very helpful, he helped me out today and was confident in his work, he answered every question I had so thank you again. I will be returning in the future.

  Visiting from Arkansas with my family. Cliff and Ron made sure we were well taken care of, helped us get the best discount, pointed out a few other issues and when I initially said no, they handled it professionally. Got a lot done for a very fair price. Won’t come back again because don’t see myself needing an oil change in Florida again, but if I do, they earned my business

  I pulled in for an oil change after calling this morning for a price quote and was told the base cost for synthetic would be roughly around 55. I found a pretty decent coupon online so I decided to drive up here. There was literally nobody at this place getting their oil changed or any service done… The gentleman who greeted me was very forceful in the fact that I had to get the hundred dollar oil change removed my sticker from my old oil change and demanded that I pay the hundred dollar oil change, so I decided to pull out and go somewhere else.

  If you’re looking for an honest, trustworthy place to have work done on your vehicle, I can’t recommend Grease Monkey highly enough. We were actually referred there by a local tire shop after discovering that the truck we had just purchased had brake rotors that were in terrible shape, honestly bordering on unsafe. We stopped in, explained the situation, and from the moment we walked through the door we felt like we were in good hands. The three gentlemen we met were incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They listened as I rambled through the whole story without ever making me feel rushed. We explained that our truck was still under warranty and asked if they could see whether the warranty company might cover the repair, but also let them know that if it didn’t, we’d gladly pay out of pocket. They were more than willing to help us explore every option. What stood out most was that there was never any pressure or upselling. They simply laid out the choices, answered every question we had, and gave us honest recommendations. Since we pull a horse trailer with our truck, they suggested upgrading to a heavier-duty brake package to better fit how we use the vehicle. It made perfect sense, and we appreciated that the recommendation was based on safety rather than trying to sell us something we didn’t need. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They kept us informed, had the truck ready exactly when promised, and picking it up the next day couldn’t have been easier. As a bonus, they even took a moment to wish my wife a happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful personal touch. The biggest compliment I can give is this: it genuinely felt like we were leaving our truck with family. They treated us with kindness, respect, and honesty from start to finish. To top it all off, the final bill came in lower than we expected. Whether you need brake work, an oil change, or just want a shop you can truly trust, do yourself a favor and go to Grease Monkey. They earned customers for life, and we’re incredibly grateful for the care they showed us and our truck.
